Inquiry Generation / Prequalification / Registration / Budgetary offers in with Tendering

 Tendering Contracts:
Preparation and Submission of tenders for the work of Level Crossing Bitumen and Paver
block placing, Construction of new building, Repairing of Bridges, Cutting of trees,
maintenance works etc.

 HRD/Administration:

Arranging for fund and day-to-day financial matters.

 Procurement and Planning:

Planning / Scheduling of construction activates for the project at Pre and Post stages.

 9. testimonial of work done
1. strenGtheninG and retrofittinG of footinG.

I was worked on the project of Strengthening and Retrofitting of Footing at Torrent Power Ltd.
Ahmedabad, where I was experienced of how to change the structural ability, Strength and its
workability of existing structural body.

What was the Project?

The project was totally focused on the increasing structural ability, strength, workability and its
design. The reason behind change in structure is to addition of extra two floors on existing
building which was already in progress. It was not a mistake of architect or structure engineer
it was an additional requirement of Torrent Power Ltd. who wants to add two more floors for
their use of building.

What was new I was learned from this project is,

I was learned from this project is nothing is impossible to do for Civil Engineers.

2. Cementation GroutinG of briCk wall

I also have worked for cementation grouting for the three story building of brick masonry
structure at IIM Ahmedabad.

What was the Project?

We know that after the age of building the structure will be damaged from outside and also
from the inside, In this case the old staff building of IIM Ahmedabad was found out to be
measure for the health of structure and they was decided to carried out some test of the
building. After doing some test that was found some internal damages in brick walls and the
damage was cracks was developed inside the bricks.
After getting the reports they have decide to get an immediate action and found the solution
to repair the structure if it’s possible. And they found the solution and we have execute the
work with proper methods and use of chemical treatments.

What was new I was learned from this project is,

I was learned from this project is how to maintain the structure if the structure is important to
save their live.

NOTE: At some locations like IIM Ahmedabad, Deepak nitrite and Adani Port Mundra, mobile phones were not allowed
due to safety purpose, there for I could not take any pictures.

 3. ConstruCtion of 7 X (G+22) story residential apartments

I was worked on the project of 7 X (G+22) story residential apartments at Surat Location,
where I was worked as a Site Engineer and my responsibility to execute the day-to-day
activities of site including execution, management, planning, labour control, dealing with
builders, suppliers, sub-contractors and etc. to work done.

What was the Project?

The project was for Residential purpose including some commercial entities like salon, Gym,
Medical shop and Medical laboratory.

What was new I was learned from this project is,

I was learned from the project is all about new construction of High-rise building and also
learned how to manage all the things and how to tackle tasks.

As per the company Introduction (Page no. 5) I have established my Firm in Jan 2024 and
from the starting I was get the work from local person of Veraval, Gujarat for their House
construction as per requirement of client and provided drawings.

What was the Projects?

 Project: 1
I was finalized the work with material Including Items of Excavation, RCC work Masonry
work, Plastering work, Tiles and granite fixing work, Interior work like painting putty and
POP on ceiling.

 Project: 2
I was finalized the work with Only labour Including Items of Excavation, RCC work Masonry
work, Plastering work, Tiles and granite fixing work.
And Excluding Item of Interior work like painting putty and POP on ceiling, Electrical work
and Plumbing work.

 Project: 3
I was finalized the Project from DVM Enterprise – Porbandar for the work of constructing
CCTV Room for RPF at Veraval Railway station with Only labour Including Items of
Excavation, RCC work Masonry work, Plastering work, Tiles and granite fixing work. And
Excluding Item of Interior work like painting, putty and Aluminum sections.

 Project: 4
I was finalized the Project from DVM Enterprise – Porbandar for the work of Repairing of
CCTV Room for RPF at Junagadh Railway station with Only labour Including Items of
Masonry work, Plastering work, Tiles and granite fixing work. And Excluding Item of Interior
work like painting, putty and Aluminum sections.

 Project: 5 (Work in progress)

I was finalized the Project from DVM Enterprise – Porbandar for the work of Providing
Bitumen and Fixing of Paver block at Level Crossing from Amreli to Dhari Railway station
with Only labour Including Items of Excavation, Laying Bitumen using proper method,
Compress using roller machine and Fixing of paver block using proper method.

 What was new I was learned from this projects is,
I was learned from the projects is all about new construction and How to work as a
contractor, How to deal with clients, work in Government tenders also learned how to
manage all the things and how to tackle tasks.
