PATTERN
CH 17, wrap the chain around the elastic hair tie, SL into the 1st CH.
CH 1, HDC into each CH starting in the CH 1 space.
Continue to HDC into the top of the beginning of the chain to start
working in the round.
Continue until you have reached the desired length, keeping the fabric
straight so as you go so that it does not become twisted. More length
will create more folds in the scrunchie! Once you have reached the
desired length, SL the edges of the loop together. Tie off and weave in
any loose yarn ends.
