Major Duties: Incumbent will operate official Mission
Vehicles. Directly report to the MSG
driver supervisor. Make sure that the
specific vehicle assigned to him follow
proper and timely vehicle maintenance
program as scheduled by the Motor
Pool Supervisor to whom mechanical
difficulties will be addressed. MAJOR
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES %
OF TIME To operate official Mission
vehicles and properly fill in the daily
vehicle usage reports and engine
checklists. Any mechanical or safety
defect should be reported immediately.
Know and follow the proper use of his
emergency radio and report any
malfunction immediately. Make sure all
safety measures are complied with by
himself as well as by his passengers.
Fill in thoroughly a vehicle accident
report form whenever involved in an
accident, no matter how minor, and
return it into the Motor Pool Supervisor
with 24 hours ( 50% of time ).
Occasional work as guide/chauffeur for
MSG staff ( 25% of time ). To maintain
your vehicle perfectly clean, inside and
out, and wash it periodically as
necessary. Must exercise strict daily
hygiene and appear at work in clean
uniforms at all times ( 25% of time ).
