         II.       JOB PURPOSE
                     The purpose of this role is to drive long-term revenue growth by identifying high-potential
                     opportunities, developing relationships with key distributors, Retailers, and creating comprehensive
                     sales strategies that align with the company's broader business goals. Professionals work to increase
                     market share, close high-value deals, and ensure sustainable growth by focusing on larger, complex
                     sales opportunities and partnerships.
   III.    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

                     Develop and Execute Strategic Sales Plans - Formulate and implement long-term sales
                         strategies that target high-value clients and sectors. Take initiatives with the company’s
                         overall strategic objectives and revenue targets
                     Conduct in-depth market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive
                         insights.
                     Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with product development, marketing, and
                         customer support teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and product offerings.
                         Provide market feedback to product teams to help refine offerings based on client
                         requirements and competitive trends
                     Accurately forecast sales performance, providing detailed reports on potential deals, pipeline
                         health, and revenue projections. Monitor and analyse sales metrics to optimize the sales
                         approach and identify areas for improvement.
                     New Market Development - Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns
                         that align with strategic sales initiatives. Formulate go-to-market strategies for entering new
                         verticals, including targeting strategies, messaging, and product positioning.
                     Foster long-term partnerships and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering consistent value
                         and strategic guidance.
                     Develop a deep understanding of key client businesses, including their challenges, objectives,
                         and industry trends.
                     Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management on sales metrics.
