Purpose of Role:    The Sales Officer Trainee is a key member of the retail sales team to drive value
                    and volume in the allocated market place.
Reporting to:       Depot Manager (ASM) and SS (Sales Supervisor)
Key
accountabilities:   Drives volume and value targets in the Area/Geography
                        • Achieving volume and value sales target for Area/Geography
                        • Operation of trade schemes in retail as per approval
                        • Identify and target new dealers(dealer Communication based on new and
                            existing dealer)
                        • Executing Marketing and Growth initiatives among good, average, and
                            poor dealers based on stock, resources and customer footfall
                    Market place execution
                        • Ensure color bank availability and functioning across retail market
                        • Successful Placement of New Product at all Dealer points and new product
                            detailing and demo
                        • Merchandising activity ( poster/in-shop branding/product visibility ,
                            display boards placed) for desired products
                    Painter Management
                        • Painter engagement
                    Dealer Management
                        • Awareness of upcoming opportunities for dealers and how to tap them
                            effectively
                        • Channel market intelligence and competition info from the market.
                        • Effective complaint handling
                        • Planning of monthly targets for the dealers and painters, competition
                            painter mapping
                        • Controlling ODOS

Requirements:
Educational            Graduation in any stream
Qualification          MBA in Sales & Marketing
