ABOUT THE ROLE

Roles and Responsibilities:


 Engaging with various stakeholders to understand business requirements in the select
region and providing appropriate recommendations on execution.
 Creating business plans and GTM strategies and implementing strategic & tactical initiatives
towards revenue generation for the region as applicable
 Managing the revenue of the region with complete ownership of the realization.
 Using data to understand sales trends / market trends / customer behavior and making relevant
recommendations to top management based on this data.
 Developing new initiatives & new business units in the operating region
 Creating policies, guidelines and SOPs around sales, marketing, and administrative activities

Competencies:
 Clearly able to differentiate right from wrong with a strong moral compass.
 Capable of taking ownership of complex problems & structures
 Adaptive to different / rapidly changing circumstances
 Comfortable with operating within chaos / with limited information
 Able to work with a variety of people and manage their expectations with finesse.

Qualifications:
 MBA (Top Institutes).
 5-10 years of experience hard coded in similar roles in a networked organization
 Understanding of sales and marketing concepts & theory
 Ability to analyze data and derive trends/understanding from it.
 Fluent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Power-point, Excel)
