IN THE COURT OF THE HON’B LE PRINCIPAL JUNIOR CIVIL JUDGE CUM JUDICIAL MAGISTRATE OF FIRST CLASS, R.R. DISTRICT
HONOURED SIR Today i.e., on 18.11.2024 at 09:00 hours received a complaint Through State Police Sri. Ch. Venkateshwarlu, Sub-Inspector of Police of PS
Pahadishareef # 8712662399. Which reads as follows. The brief facts of the case are that on 18.11.2024 at 09:00 AM, while the complainant was on duty he
received information that members of Lambada Hakkula Porata Samithi (LHPS) and Girijana Vidyarthi Sangham have assembled near Ayyappa Swamy Temple,
Thukkuguda to organize “Chalo Lagacharla”. As such the respondents i.e., 1). Sri Badavath Srinivas S/o Kevadya, Age 42 years, Caste: ST-Lambada, Occ:
Business/Thukkuguda Municipality Vice President from BJP, R/o Basaguda, Thukkuguda Municipality, Maheshwaram Mandal, R.R.District # 7013449145, 2).
Sri Megavath Ravinder S/o Sevya, Age 39 years, Caste: ST-Lambada, Occ: Business/Seniour leader from BJP, R/o Harshaguda, Thukkuguda Municipality,
Maheshwaram Mandal, R.R. District # 9951463561 and 3). Sri Jatavath Devender S/o Somla, Age 34 years, Caste: ST-Lambada, Occ: Driver/BJP Activist R/o
Harshaguda, Thukkuguda Municipality, Maheshwaram Mandal, R.R. District # 8309186285 were taken preventive custody to prevent any untoward incidents,
which may cause Law & Order problem and brought them to PS Pahadishareef for taking necessary action. Hence the FIR. (Original complaint enclosed)
Received on 18.11.2024 at 09:00 hours As per the above complaint, I have registered a case in Cr. No. 600/2024 U/s 170 BNSS and took up the investigation.
