Occurred on 15.04.2022 at 11.00 hrs at RTC Work Shop Road, Bhavanipuram,Vijayawada and reported on
23.04.2022 at 18.30 hrs in which the complainant Mahanthi Tulasi w/o Rambabu, R/o D.NO 1-1/6-49/3, Lotus
Apartments South Side, Kummaripalem Center, Vijayawada is a resident of above said address along with her
family. she was married and blessed with one son. The complainant relatives Shanmukha Sai and his family
members taking amount around 25,00,000 and asked about money but they didn¿t respond and dragged on time.
On 15.04.2022 at 11.00 hrs she and her son went to RTC Work Shop Road and they found and they asked about the
money at that time wherein the accused Prasad, Venkata Ramana, Shanmukha Sai and Naga Chaintanya who are
quarrelled with them When the accused obstructed the complainant and her son and abused her in filthy language
and threatened them with dire consequences Then the complainant lodged a report against them. Hence FIR
