INTRA-SCHOOL COMPETITION

1. Alpha bet Explorer


DESCRIPTION: An alphabet will be called out, and students must quickly find
and stand in the box with the corresponding letter.
CRITERIA: Accuracy: Correct identification of the letters.
Timing: Number of correct alphabets identified within one minute.
WINNER SELECTION: Based on the number of correct letters identified within the time limit.

2. Cup Blast
DESCRIPTION: Students stack cups and attempt to knock them down with
a ball, continuously stacking and hitting within 2 minutes.
CRITERIA: Accuracy: Number of cups knocked down.
Attempts: Maximum cups knocked down within 2 minutes
WINNER SELECTION: The student who drops the maximum number of cups
within the time frame.

3. Foodie Para de
DESCRIPTION: Students will dress up based on the theme Healthy Food and Junk Food
showcasing creativity, dialogue delivery, and props.
CRITERIA: Creativity: Innovative costume design.
Dialogue Delivery: Clear and effective presentation of the chosen food item.
Props & Background: Use of props and setup to enhance the presentation.
Theme Connection: Strong alignment with the food theme.
WINNER SELECTION: The student with the most creative and well-executed overall presentation.
INTRA-SCHOOL COMPETITION
1. Word Wizards:
DESCRIPTION: Students will use alphabet flashcards to create as
many words as possible within 2 minutes.
CRITERIA: 2-letter word: 2 marks, 3-letter word: 3 marks, and so on.
WINNER SELECTION: The student with the highest total score based
on the number and length of words formed within the 2-minute
time limit wins.
2. Puppet Tales:
DESCRIPTION: Students will perform a new story using puppets, conveying a
moral lesson. The story must not be one taught in school.
CRITERIA: Creativity of Puppets: Originality and construction quality of the
puppets.
Moral of the Story: Clarity and strength of the moral lesson.
Voice Modulation: Use of voice to differentiate characters
effectively.
Stage Presence: Confidence and engagement with the audience.
WINNER SELECTION: Based on creativity, storytelling ability, and performance.
3. Nature’s Palette :
DESCRIPTION: Students will create paintings using vegetables as tools,
focusing on the theme of nature.
CRITERIA: Creativity: Originality and imagination in the artwork.
Use of Vegetables: Innovative use of vegetables to create textures
and shapes.
Relevance to the Theme: How well the painting reflects the theme
of nature.
WINNER SELECTION: Based on creativity, use of vegetables, and connection
to the nature theme.
INTRA-SCHOOL COMPETITION
1: PEG PERFECTION
DESCRIPTION: Solving the Single Peg Puzzle.
CRITERIA:
Speed: How quickly the child completes the puzzle.
Accuracy: Correct placement of all puzzle pieces.

2: LITTLE STARS ON STAGE


DESCRIPTION: Recitation of rhymes by the child.
CRITERIA:
Clarity and Expression: How clearly the lines are recited and how expressive
the child is.
Dress-up: The child should dress according to the lines they are reciting,
matching the character or theme.
Use of Props and Backdrop: Additional marks for creative use of props and
backdrop that enhance the performance.
Duration: The recitation must be completed within 2-minute time limit.

3: COLOR MATCH DASH


DESCRIPTION: Matching colored balls with the corresponding basket.
CRITERIA: Timing and Accuracy
INTRA-SCHOOL COMPETITION
1: ICONIC ROLE PLAY :
DESCRIPTION: Students will participate in a role-play competition where they will
talk about an eminent personality for 2 minutes, student should
dress up to represent the person they are talking about.
CRITERIA: How confidently the student presents themselves.
Dressing, Content, relevance and depth of the information presented

2: FOOD FANTASY :
DESCRIPTION: Students will engage in a clay molding with the theme "Food.“
Timing: Students will have 1 hour to create their clay models based on the theme. All
materials, including clay and any tools, should be brought by the students themselves.
Pre-made clay models will not be accepted, and the work must be done within the school
during the competition time. Parents may provide a tray or a base for the final display of the
clay model
CRITERIA: Creativity: The originality and imagination shown in the clay molding.
Execution: How well the concept is brought to life within the time limit.
Neatness and Presentation: Overall tidiness and presentation of the clay model

Event 3: Memory Match :

DESCRIPTION: Memory game where students will be shown cards for 1 minute
and then asked to match and pick up the pairs of cards within a 2-
minute time limit.
CRITERIA: How many pairs the student is able to recall and match correctly.
Accuracy: Ensuring the pairs are matched without any mistakes.

Event 2: Creative Invite
(Birthday Invitation Card Making)
Description: Students will design a birthday invitation card inviting a friend to their
birthday party. They can use any materials they bring, and the design must be completed
within 1 hour.
Criteria for Judgement: Creativity: Originality and imaginative design of the card.
Cleanliness: Neatness and how tidy the card looks.
Presentation: Overall layout and attractiveness of the card.

Event 3: Memory Master (IQ Test)

Description: Students will be shown 25 objects, and after 2 minutes, they will be
asked to write down the names of the objects they remember within 1 minute.
Criteria for Judgement: Number of Objects Recalled: How many objects the student is
able to accurately remember.
Accuracy: Correct spelling and identification of the objects.

Event 2: Talent Unleashed


Showcase Your Unique Talent Description: Students can demonstrate any
unique talent for two minutes. This can be anything from dance, music,
poetry, writing, symphony, or martial arts. Participants are encouraged to
bring any necessary materials or props for their performance.
Criteria for Selection: Creativity & Uniqueness: How original and distinctive
the talent is.
Skill Level: The student’s mastery in the chosen talent. Presentation: How
well the talent is performed or exhibited within the given time.
Time Management: Staying within the two-minute duration.
Event 3: Inspiration Speak – Rhetorical Competition
Description: Students will give a three-minute speech on My Inspiration, My Role Model.
They are encouraged to speak about a person or figure who has greatly inspired them.
Criteria for Selection: Stage Presence: Confidence and poise while speaking.
Voice Modulation: Clarity, variation, and expression in voice.
Relevance to the Topic: How well the content relates to the theme of inspiration and role
models.
Confidence & Engagement: Ability to engage the audience with confidence.

2: Poster Making for A dvertisement
Description: In this event, you will create a poster to advertise any product of your choice. Your poster
should include a catchy slogan and notes that highlight the product’s features. You can use artwork,
colors, and creative elements to make the advertisement attractive.
Criteria for Selection: Creativity: The originality and creativity of your poster design.
Slogan & Notes: How catchy and effective your slogan and notes are in advertising the product.
Artistic Elements: Use of drawings, colors, and artwork to enhance the poster.
Neatness & Presentation: The overall clarity, neatness, and appeal of the poster.
3: Working model on a science Topic
Description: This event requires you to create and present a working model (not just a display model)
based on any science concept (e.g., a water cycle model, a circuit, a simple machine, etc.). You will
need to explain how the model works and how it demonstrates the chosen science concept.
Criteria for Selection: Functionality: The model must be a working model that demonstrates a
scientific principle.
Explanation: Your ability to clearly explain the science behind the model.
Creativity: The innovation and creativity in designing the model.
Presentation: How well you present the model and engage with the audience during the explanation.
INTRA-SCHOOL COMPETITION
Event 2: Tale Weavers
Description: In this creative challenge, students will develop a story based on a given storyline
prompt. Their storytelling will be evaluated on creativity, language use, flow, and the ability to
complete the story within the given word count. Timing: 30 minutes
Criteria for Selection: 1. Creativity: How well the student develops the story, including twists and
original ideas (30 points).
2. Language and Grammar: Proper sentence structure, grammar, and use of vocabulary (20
points).
3. Cohesiveness: Storyline development, logical flow, and how well it builds upon the given
prompt (30 points).
4. Completion: The story reaches a conclusion within the word limit (20 points).

Event 3: Homework Hurdle


Description: Students will engage in a structured debate on the topic, "Are home works essential for students?"
Each participant will argue both for and against the topic for 2 minutes each. They will be assessed based on the
depth of their arguments, balance between the two sides, clarity of speech, and ability to present counterpoints.
Timing: 2 minutes for 'for' and 2 minutes for 'against' (Total: 4 minutes)
Criteria for Selection:
1. Depth of Argument: Quality and relevance of points presented for both sides (30 points).
2. Clarity and Confidence: Clear speech, confidence, and delivery (20 points).
3. Balance: Ability to argue effectively both for and against the topic (20 points).
4. Time Management: Ability to stick to the time limit for each section (10 points).
5. Counterpoints: How well they address counter-arguments and provide reasoning (20 points).
