6. Any disruptive conduct may result in the participant being asked to
leave the workshop.
7. Photography and videography may be conducted for
promotional/documentation purposes.
8. Any medical issues must be reported immediately to the workshop in-
charge.

Silicone moulds, Gloves and aprons, Pigments and glitter, Stirring tools,
Containers to safely carry their resin creations home

styles.
2. Props like scarves or sticks are allowed
but must be used creatively and safely.
4 Primary 4.10.2025 9:00 AM- A0121, A0122 Super Builders: 1. Teams must bring their own Lego kits.
11:00 AM Parent & Child 2. Structures must include functional
Lego Challenge elements (e.g., moving parts).
5 Middle School 5.10.2025 9:00 AM- A0206 Cultural Fusion 1. Costumes must reflect elements from at

2. Each participant must provide a 30-
second explanation of his or her design
inspiration during the presentation.
3. Use of eco-friendly materials is
encouraged.
4. Costumes must be pre-prepared and
ready at the venue.
5. Judges' decisions are final and binding.
6 Middle School 5.10.2025 11:00 AM- A0206 Dance Off - 1. The theme will be shared with
12:00 PM Showdown participants one week prior to the
competition to allow ample preparation.
2. Performances must follow the given
theme for each round.
3. All participants should bring their best
moves, integrating creativity, teamwork,
and stage presence.
4. Props, costumes, and special effects in
music are encouraged to enhance
performances.
5. Performances must remain age-
appropriate and free of offensive content.
6. Teams will compete in two rounds:
o Round 1: Theme-Based Performance -
Displays a choreographed routine based on
the given theme.
o Round 2: Freestyle Battle - Engage in a live
dance-off, improvising moves to surprise
your opponent and wow the audience.
7. Time limit for each round is 5 minutes,
including setup.
8. Judges’ decisions are final and binding.

2. Participants may use software like
Canvas, Photoshop or MS Paint.
3. Entries must align with the provided
theme.
4. Judges’ decisions are final and binding.
8 Secondary 5.10.2025 9:00 AM- Recreation Dance- off 1. The theme will be shared with
10:00 AM Hall Showdown participants one week prior to the
competition to allow ample preparation.
2. Performances must follow the given
theme for each round.
3. All participants should bring their best
moves, integrating creativity, teamwork,
and stage presence.
4. Props, costumes, and special effects in
music are encouraged to enhance
performances.
5. Performances must remain age-
appropriate and free of offensive content.
6. Teams will compete in two rounds:
o Round 1: Theme-Based Performance -

Competition - 10:00 AM Expressions 2. Participants must bring their own
Parents & materials (e.g., paper, colours, and
Grandparents brushes).
(Age 18 to 75)- 3. The artwork must be completed within
the allotted time.
4. Submissions must be original and adhere
to the assigned theme.

10 Open 4.10.2025 11:00 AM- Cafeteria Costume Parade 1. Costumes must align with the chosen
Competition - 12:00 PM theme.
Parents & 2. Participants must give a short explanation
Grandparents (30-60 seconds) of their costume's
(Age 18 to 75)- significance.
3. Props and accessories are encouraged
but must be manageable on stage.

11 Open 4.10.2025 10:00 AM- A0110 Shayari! Words 1. Originality: The Shayari must be original,
Competition - 12:00 PM That Touch Soul creative, and free from plagiarism.
Parents & 2. Language: Participants may present their
Grandparents Shayari in Hindi, Urdu, or English.
(Age 18 to 75)- 3. Themes to be provided a week in
advance, such as:
o The Power of Friendship
o Dreams and Aspirations
o Life's Journey
o Nature's Beauty
o Celebrating Diversity
4. Time Limit: Each participant gets 3
minutes to present his or her Shayari.
5. Delivery Style: Use of voice modulation,
gestures, and expressions is encouraged to
enhance the impact.
6. Content Appropriateness: Shayari must
be age-appropriate and respectful.
7. Judges’ Decision: All decisions by the
judges are final and binding.
