Final Reflection, notes

Please answer the following:

1. What is something you learned this semester? (something specific, it can be a skill,
knowledge or fact)

I learned how to describe graphs and how to do negative inversions in english, how to
solve more complicated math equations, I learned how to make codes for arduino and
microbit, I expanded my vocabulary in english thanks to the daily idioms and words,
and I learned a lot about sustainability.

2. What was your favorite thing about thing about this class?

My favorite thing about this class was that Fridays were the days to relax so we didn’t
do any work, we called them: the “reading days” and “candy days”, there were many
interesting books and I really liked that we read in groups or out loud, that way we were
able to practice our reading, comprehension and speaking skills.

3. What was your least favorite thing about this class?

I felt that some listening exercises were very difficult and those were graded.

4. What is one thing you would change to improve this class?

Make more activities that make us practice our english skills: activities that involve
listening to native speakers and that make us write more.

5. Do you feel your English improved this semester? Explain. (Why? How can you tell?
What couldn't you do before that you can do now?)

I think it did improve because I have a better understanding of the listening exercises. I
can tell because when I did the mock test, I felt it was easier than the first time I did it
and the listening exercises were easier to understand too. Also, when I listened to the
activities in the book and the online book, I felt them to be easier. Finally, I couldn’t do
negative inversions or analysis of graphs before but, now, I can do them.
