Instagram) while expanding into new platforms and improving customer engagement, visibility,
and sales.

 Comprehensive E-commerce Strategy: A growth roadmap with clearly defined targets.


 Channel Expansion Plan: Identify and integrate new e-commerce platforms.
 SEO & Content Optimization: Improve product listings for higher visibility and
conversion.

 Logistics and Fulfillment Strategy: Ensure seamless logistics for nationwide deliveries.
