Compliance Management

 Preparing and Maintaining the Legal Register and Forms under labour Laws.
 Responsible for handling Conflict, Grievance, Disciplinary Actions and Preparing Misconduct
Report.
 Preparation for the Surveillance Audit of ISO Audit by corporate safety Department.
 Preparation for Social and International Audit Documents.
 Making accident report for every month & its annual compliance.
 Take care of Employee accident procedure, Benefits and Claims
 Support Govt. Liaison, Public Relations, and Inspection by Govt. Office like, Factory Inspector,
Labor Officer, Provident Fund Commissioner, Apprentice Authority and other Govt. Agencies.
 Responsible for Environment clearance and related compliance through consultant.

Contract Management

 Having exposure of managing contracts of labour’s with the help of contractors as like”
Horticulture & Drip Irrigation, Housekeeping, Secretarial Services, Manpower, Driver’s, Catering
Management etc.
 Agreement with contractor and negotiation.
 Prepare a MIS report of contract labour.
 Auditing quarterly contract or compliance audit within company.
 Conducting audit with contractor while inspection by authorities and for timely submission of
statutory compliance.

Recruitment, Selection and On Boarding

 Responsible for entire recruitment and selection cycle including salary negotiation with
employee.
 Having exposure of recruitment sources i.e. direct college placement, Naukri Portal, Indeed,
Advertisement, Consultants and Personal and Staff References etc.
 Employee Reference check.
 Responsible and accountable for employee on boarding program and complete the cycle.
 Coordination and participating 30-60-90 day’s feedback session with new comer with their
respective HODs.
 Appointing mentor to new comer while on-board.
Training and Development

 Training need identification, using tools i.e. Employee feedback, Competency mapping,
Performance Evaluation and MOC.
 Training programs on need basis and corporate training every year for managerial level.
 Training dashboards follow up with the participants.
 Co-ordination all others administrative Related Activities.

Performance Management System

 Cascading organizational goals and Objectives to employee.


 Helping HOD’s to define their KRA/KPI.
 Making monthly employee performance report in excel and declare employee of the month.
 Yearly PMS process and review with respective HOD and then with management.
 Conduction employee calibration based on evaluation with HOD’s.
 Responsible for meeting the corporate deadline for PMS and salary revision, promotion and
revision in designation.

Compensation Management

 Salary & General Administration in Abhushan, time labs, Excel and other Software.
 Supervision of Time Office Functions- Attendance, Leave Policy.
 Preparing monthly, half yearly, yearly challan & Returns under labour laws.
 Preparation of daily, Weekly and monthly report (Budget V/s Actual).

Employee Exit

 Exit interview, Feedback Implementation, Full & Final Settlement and Exit.
 Procedure, Personal Files, Records.
 Employee Farewell.

HR at Your Door Step

 Regular visit in the plants.


 Gathering shop floor workers issues and solves the possible issues on the shop floor.
 Conduct a meeting and invite workers suggestions, Ideas.
 Generate a report plant wise.

 Celebration of engagement desk like 15th August, 26th January, Annual sports activity, Blood
Donation Camp, Vishwa-karma Puja, Diwali Celebration, Sweets Distribution, Monthly Birthday
