MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:
  1. That the captioned matter is pending in this Hon’ble Court
    for adjudication and is listed for 04.01.2025.
  2. That matter is fixed for arguments and this Hon’ble court
    was pleased to issue non bailable warrants on 16.12.2024
  3. That main counsel was sick on last date of hearing i.e.
    16.12.2024 and asked junior to appear but junior couldn’t
    appear on time neither made submissions properly.
    Hence, court issued non bailable warrant against accused.
  4. That it is pertinent to mention here that as matter is at
    stage of arguments and hence presence of accused was
     not necessarily required hence accused was not present in
     the court on last date of hearing.
  5. That   therefore   the   applicant/accused     is   filling   this
     application for cancellation of Non Bailable Warrants and
     further undertakes to attend all court dates and abide by
     the directions of this Hon’ble Court.
                                PRAYER
It is therefore in the interest of justice most respectfully prayed:
  1. That this Hon’ble court may be pleased to cancel the non
     bailable warrants issued against the applicant.
  2. Any other remedy this Hon’ble Court may deem fit.
