Sir,

Abovenamed deponent do hereby solemnly declare as under:

1. That present matter notice were issued upon the respondents


to appear in the present matter.

2. That the notice issued to respondents has been duly served


upon the respondents’ in spite of having sufficient knowledge
about the present proceedings the respondents have neither
appeared either personally or through counsel before this
Hon’ble court with sole object to delay and abuse the
proceedings before this forum.

3. That in view of above facts it would be justifiable to treat


service sufficient on respondents .

Thus it is hereby prayed that his Hon’ble court may


pleased to order for to treat service sufficient on respondents
in the best of the justice.

Sir,

Abovenamed deponent do hereby solemnly declare as under:

1. That present matter service was treated sufficient upon the OP


Husband vide order of court dated 12/08/2021 and directed to
appear in the present matter in the present matter.

2. That in spite of having sufficient knowledge about the present


proceedings the OP Husband has neither appeared either
personally or through counsel before this Hon’ble court with
sole object to delay and abuse the proceedings before this
forum.

3. That in view of above facts it would be justifiable to proceed


exparte proceedings against the OP Husband.

Verification:
I the above named deponent do hereby solemnly declare as
hereunder that the contents of the aforesaid affidavit are true
and correct and no material information has been concealed
there from.
