IOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:

1. That the present matter ispending today i.e. 05.05.2022 before this Hon'ble court and
fixed for Complainant Evidence.
2. That it is hercby submitted that this Hon'ble court on vide order dated 21.02.2022
directe the accuscd to make payment of 10% of the amount mentioned on the cheques
inquestion to the
complainant interim
as
compensation within 60 days.
3. That it is hercby submitted that despite the above said
dircection/order, accused persons
intentionally and deliberately failed to make the payment as per direction this hon'ble
court till date.
4 That the copy ofthe vide order dated 21.02.2022 attached is as Annexure-1

PRAYER
It is, therefore, humbly request to this Hon'ble Court to issue a warrant for the levy of the
amount by attachment and sale of any of moveable property belonging to the accused and
any other order which is deem fit and in the interest of the justice.
