New engine: TU5JP4 EURO 3 (L4) (Origin TU5J4).
Particularities:

2 - DESCRIPTION
2 - 1 - CRANKCASE-CYLINDER ASSEMBLY
(2) Cylinder crankcase.

The cast iron cylinder crankcase specific for the TU5JP4 engine.
The coolant drain plug is located on the intake side.
The dipstick guide is mounted glued to the crankcase (removal of the sealing gasket).
The oil filter is new, its fixing is secured by means of 3 screws (3).
The oil pressure switch is now fixed to the oil filter bracket, the old installation is blocked.
2 - 2 - MOBILE COUPLING

3 - CYLINDER HEAD ASSEMBLY
The stock is made of aluminum alloy.
The cylinder head is specific, it differs from the TU5J4 cylinder head in the inner and outer
diameters of the valve spring support washer housing.
The hydraulic tappets are common with those of the TU5J4 engine.
The rocker cover gaskets are pre-formed and can be replaced after-sales.
The rocker covers, valve assembly, spring support cups and washers, springs and valve
seats are specific.
4 - DISTRIBUTION ASSEMBLY
The belt tension is adjusted using the specific dynamic tensioner roller.
The intake camshaft (16) and the exhaust camshaft (17) are equipped with lightened
pulleys.
The camshafts are specific (increased seal seat).
4 - 1 - CAMSHAFT IDENTIFICATION

The timing covers are specific (captive screws and incidence with the new engine
suspension on the timing side).
5 - LUBRICATION
The filter cartridge is mounted on a bracket on the exhaust side of the engine and is
protected from the heat of the manifold/catalytic converter by a heat shield.
The motor is adapted for suction emptying.
The tip of the dipstick guide is adapted to receive a 14 mm diameter terminal to carry out
suction emptying (Same as TU5J4).
The possibility of draining the engine by gravity is still maintained.
Oil capacity:

The oils recommended for the TU5JP4 EURO3 engine correspond to the ACEA A3
standards.
