PATIENTS NAME:NISHA AGE/SEX: 30Y/F

REFF. BY: DR. SELF DATE: 31/10/2021

USG LOWER ABDOMEN FEMALE

U. BLADDER: Urinary bladder is normal and well distended. No echogenic focus/mass


is seen. Wall is regular and smooth.

UTERUS: Uterus is anterverted enlarged with gestation. Various parameters gestational


age (G.SAC-2.69cm) of 07weeks 01days +-07days.No embryo is seen.

ADNEXAE: No cyst/mass is seen in both adnexae. No follicular cyst is seen.

OTHERS: No as-cites is seen. Lymph nodes are not enlarged. Gassy bowel loops are
seen.

IMPRESSION: Blighted ovum.

ADVICE : ENDOVAGINAL SONOGRAPHY.


N.B. : REPEAT USG AFTER 10 DAYS.
