The meeting was called to order by SK Chairperson Hon. Crishea Mae B.
Buana
Presiding Officer.
b. Reading and Consideration of the Previous Minutes
SK Secretary Hollie Grace B. Najial read the previous minutes of the
meeting.
After the reading, the following were the proposed and approved
corrections:
1. NONE
There being no corrections offered, the minutes is approved as read using
the assumed motion of the Presiding Officer.

d. Agenda
1. Conducting SK try out for the Summer League
The SK Chairwoman, collaborating with the SK Sports Committee,
conducted a try out for the upcoming Summer League this Coming June
2024.
2. As for the selected Players for the upcoming Summer League, the team Captain of
the said Sports Basketball and Volleyball are now having their free schedule
practice for the preparation for the upcoming league.
IV. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 3:42 pm on the motion of Hon. Alfredo S.
Apduhan Jr. duly seconded by Hon. Marille D. Banaybanay
