Dear Sir,
Greetings!
I am writing this letter to formally request from your good office on the
following concerns;
First, I would like to request in providing drainage/canal covers for key areas in
Barangay Salapan. As a Kagawad assigned in infrastructure and public works, I am
deeply concern about the safety and health risk posed by open drainage systems,
which lack covers.
Second, I am also requesting for a drainage declogging operation in some areas in
our barangay. Recently, our drainage has become severely blocked due to the
accumulated debris/garbage brought by typhoon CARINA. The stagnant water from
our clogged drainage/canals attracts mosquitos and other pests that may endanger
the health of our residents.
Lastly, I would like to bring to your attention on the un used and dilapidated posts in
our barangay that may fall anytime and may hurt passersby.
We kindly request that the city engineering office, in coordination with the barangay,
will act on our request at the earliest possible time.
