PERMISSION FOR STUDENT-TEACHERS TO UNDERTAKE SCHOOL OBSERVATION


ACTIVITIES
I write to respectfully seek permission for level 200 ICT student-teachers from the Faculty of Education, University for
Development Studies, to carry out their School Observation activities in your school.
The programme offers them the opportunity to observe teaching and other instructional activities in the school to enhance
their professional skills.
The activity will cover two weeks (10 working days) during their vacation which starts on 10 th February, 2025
and ends on 28th February, 2025. It is required that they stay in the school until it closes. Please assign them to
experienced teachers to guide and mentor them to enable them to imbibe professional attitudes and skills.
We shall be grateful if you could assess student-teachers’ conduct and work during this period. (Please a brief assessment
report will be brought by the students to be completed, sealed and given to them to be submitted to our office).
