First, the customer calls to enquire about a product. Second the customer places an order,
next the employee checks if the product is in stock. In that case that it meets the demand of
the company, the employee quotes a price and processes an order. Finally the product is
transported to the customer's address. If the product that customer orders doesn't arrive, he
can demand a guarantee because the company doesn't keep a delivery date.
