Waffles: repeat the following steps 4 times
Side 1:
With light beige yarn
Ch 2
Row 1: 2 sc in second ch from hook, ch 1, turn (2).
Row 2: 2 sc in each sc, ch 1, turn (4).
Row 3: 2 sc in first sc, sc in next 3 sc, ch 1 turn (5).
Row 4: 2 sc in first sc, sc in next 4 sc, ch 1, turn (6).

With tan yarn
Make six squares as follows:
Ch 3
Row 1: sc in second ch from hook, sc in next ch, ch 1, turn (2).
Row 2: sc in each sc (2).
Finish off leaving an 8” tail for sewing.
Using a yarn needle and the tail you finished off with, sew
squares onto Side 1 as shown in the photo --------------------->
Side 2:
With light beige yarn

First circle:
With brown yarn
Rnd 1: 6 sc into a double loop start (6).
Rnd 2: 2 sc in each sc around (12).
Rnd 3: [1 sc in next sc, 2 sc in next sc] 6 times (18).
Finish off leaving a 12” tail for sewing.
Second circle:
With brown yarn
Rnd 1: 6 sc into a double loop start (6).
Rnd 2: 2 sc in each sc around (12).
Rnd 3: [1 sc in next sc, 2 sc in next sc] 6 times (18).
Finish off leaving a 12” tail for sewing.
Third circle:
With brown yarn
Rnd 1: 6 sc into a double loop start (6).
Rnd 2: 2 sc in each sc around (12).
Rnd 3: [1 sc in next sc, 2 sc in next sc] 6 times (18).
Do not break yarn. Set third circle aside.
Using the tail you finish the first circle with, sew first
circle to second circle along 4 sc and sew first circle to
third circle along 4 sc. Using the tail you finished the

second circle with, sew second circle to third circle
along 4 sc.

second circle to third circle along 4 sc.
Pick up where you left off with third circle and continue 1 2
to sc evenly around all 3 circles. Finish off and weave

Butter pats: make 2
With yellow yarn
Ch 5
Row 1: sc in 2nd ch from hook and in each ch across, ch 1, turn (4).
Rows 2-4: sc in each sc across, ch 1, turn (4).
Finish off leaving a 12" tail and sew to syrup.

Strawberries: make 2
With red yarn
Rnd 1: 6 sc into a double loop start and pull loop closed (6).
Rnd 2: [1 sc in next sc, 2 sc in next sc] 3 times (9).
Rnd 3: [1 sc in next 2 sc, 2 sc in next sc] 3 times (12).
Rnd 4: [1 sc in next sc, 2 sc in next sc] 6 times (18).
Rnds 5-6: sc in each sc around (18).
Rnd 7: [sc in next sc, sc2tog] 6 times (12).
Cut a 12” length of off-white yarn and split it so that it is 2 ply. Using a yarn needle, make little
stitches randomly over the strawberry to resemble seeds.
Stuff the strawberry firmly with polyfil.
Rnd 8: [sc2tog] 6 times (6).
Finish off, leaving an 8” tail.
Switch to green yarn
Rnd 9: sc in each sc around (6).
Sl st in first sc, [ch 4, sc in 2nd ch from hook and in all remaining ch, sl st in next sc] 6 times.
Finish off.
Weave red tail through 6 sc on Rnd 8 and draw up firmly, closing the hole. Weave in ends.
Pitcher
With off-white yarn
Rnd 1: 6 sc into a double loop start and pull the loop closed (6).
Rnd 2: 2 sc in each sc around (12).

Finish off leaving a 12” tail for sewing. Sew one end of the handle to Rnd 16 of pitcher, making sure it
is directly across from the spout. Sew other end of handle to Rnd 9 of pitcher. Weave in ends.
