Replaces Q/BQB 310-1999 BZJ311-1999

1 Scope

This standard specifies Car structure with hot steel sheet and strip in the classification and code name, size,

shape, weight, technical requirements, inspection And testing, packaging, marking and inspection of

documents.

This standard applies to the production of Baoshan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd., has good cold forming

properties of carbon and micro-alloy steel hot-rolling strip and the resulting cross-section into a vertical steel

plate and the slit cut into strips, take steel sheet and strip as code as follow.Products for the manufacture of

automobile beam, crossbeam, Rolling wheels, Automotive Transmission Shaft Tube, automobile axle

housings and other structural.

4 Order for the required information

4.1 user need to supply the following information before making orders:

a) Product name(steel sheets or strips)

b) The Product Standard code

d) Product specifications and size, roughness accuracy

e) Marginal state

f)the grade of surface quality

g)the way of packing

If ordering contract does not indicate the surface treatment,pickling the surface of non-delivery. For

non-pickling hot-rolled steel sheet and strip the surface, did not say when the dimensional accuracy, in addition

to the standard special provisions to normal thickness precision in the delivery Q/BQB301. Unspecified

marginal state, the strip of not trimming the state of delivery, delivery of steel to cutting edge status For

pickling the surface of hot rolled steel sheet and strip, Unspecified dimensional accuracy, in addition to the

special provisions of this standard to Q/BQB301 higher thickness accuracy in delivery 3-33Q/BQB 310-2003;

Acoording to Q/BQB310-2003 the deliveried hot rolled and oiled steel with pickling surface, whose grade

cutting edge is (EC) and coil diameter is 610mm,is marked as:

5 size, shape, weight and tolerances

5.1 The thickness tolerances of B330CL, B380CL, B420CL shall comply with Q/BQB301 high accuracy

(PT.B) requirements.

5.2 The thickness tolerances of B440QZR, B480QZR shall comply with the provisions of Table 2.

5.3 Other dimensions, shape, weight and tolerances in accordance with the provisions of Q/BQB301.

6. Technical Requirements

6.1 grade and chemical composition

6.1.1 steel grade and chemical composition (melting analysis) should be consistent with the provisions of Table

3.

6.1.2 Residual copper content in steel should not exceed 0.20%, chromium and nickel content should be not

more than 0.15% for the residual element not to be

6.1.3 The allow deviation of refined chemical composition of the steel sheet and strip should be consistent with

GB / T 222's provisions

6.2 smelting method

Steel sheet and strip steel used in sedation is the calmed steel for the oxygen converter steel smelting.

6.3 Delivery Status

The steel plate and strip deliveried in hot-rolled state.

6.4 Surface treatment way

6.4.1 There are two ways which is non-pickling and pickling used in the surface treatment way.

6.4.2 The steel sheet and strip with pickling surface can be oiled or not oiled delivery. The supplier guaranteed

that the oil coated steel sheet and strip after pickling should not be rust during three months since the alllow

delivery date and the coating film should be alkaline aqueous solution can be used to eliminate out in normal

packaging, transport, handling and storage conditions. For requests to non-oiled side of pickling steel sheet and

strip supply, should be give clear indication in the contract. Not coated steel sheet and strip pickling oil are

easy to produce rust and scratch in transport and manufacture processing, and the suppliers do not give

guarantee.

6.5.1 steel sheet and strip the mechanical and process performance should be consistent with the corresponding

6.5.2 After the bending test, the outer side of the specimen may not have visible cracks.

6.6 Surface quality

6.6.1 steel sheet and strip the surface may have cracks, scarring, folding, bubbles and inclusions on the use of

6.6.3 Duiyu strip, because there is no chance to remove defected part, so be permitted with a number of

unusual part, but defective portion may not exceed total volume of 6% Changdu.

7 Inspection and testing

7.1 The appearance of steel sheet and strip inspection with the naked eye.

7.2 The steel sheet and strip application of the appropriate size and shape measurement tool to check.

7.3 each batch of steel sheet and strip the required number of test items in the sample, sampling, test methods

should be consistent with the provisions of Table 9

7.4 Sampling frequency

7.4.1 Chemical composition analysis of the sampling frequency

7.6 retesting

7.6.1 If a particular test results do not meet standard requirements, from the same batch and then take double

the amount of any of the specimens failed

Project retesting.

7.6.2 retesting results (including the pilot project required all the indicators) qualified, then the entire batch of

9.1 The steel sheet and strip packaging, marking and certification requirements should be consistent with

Q/BQB300.
