MORNING ROUTINE:

Spend at least one hour in the morning practicing SAVERS

S.A.V.E.R.S

1. Silence – Sit down in silence and take 10 deep breaths as soon as you wake up in the morning

2. Affirmations- Practice affirmations everyday- Morning and Night. Make sure to read it aloud with
your hand on your heart and feel it. Feelings is the key.

3. Visualisation – Visualise you living your dream life, how will you feel and what you will do. (Min 5-
10 min)

4. Exercise- Walk or do any activity for at least 15 min in a day (Preferably morning)

5. Reading – Spend at least 30 min reading a book that will expand your mind

6. Scribing – Scribe for 5-10 min about your goals, what you want to accomplish. (Write everything in
Present Tense)

P.S - Also write a life script - ideal day in your life with specific emotions of joy, gratitude, calmness
and fulfilment and visualise it every day as soon as you wake up and before you go to sleep.

Daily Affirmations: (Read them loudly every day and feel the emotions)

1. I love my body and all it does for me


2. I am enough
3. I am worthy of love
4. I respect my own boundaries
5. Today, I choose me
6. I am loved
7. I am deserving of love
8. I am kind to myself
9. Love flows from within me
10. I am beautiful, inside and out
11. I embrace my unique individuality

13. I let go of negative self-talk
14. I am whole and complete
15. Everything I need is within me
16. I am in control of my happiness
17. I am capable of reaching my goals
18. I accept myself unconditionally
19. I do not let my fears hold me back
20. I am grateful for all that I have
21. I make time to care for myself
22. I love and accept all of me
23. Loving myself comes easily and naturally
24. I am strong and resilient
25. I am successful
26. My capacity for love is infinite
27. I let go of those who do not have my best interests at heart
28. I let go of my past and live in the present
29. I am growing each and every day
30. Everything in the Universe is happening for my highest good
