I got your email dated March 10 about computer problems and I am glad to help you solve this
problem. I wonder that how long did you request assistance?

So, I would like to give you some suggestions about this problem. First, I suggest that you should
check the electric wire of your computer. Whether it get a right connection or not. Second, if your
computer still malfunction, please go to the IT Department in the second floor and ask them to
provide you a laptop computer. I will mail them after receiving your next email.
