Bottom of the bag:

Cast on 13 CH (chain)

1 row: Skip 2 st and insert the hook into the 3rd, make 11 SC (single crochet) till the end of row.

2 row: make 1 CH; insert the hook into 2nd st and make 11 SC till the end of row.

3-40 rows: work back and forth and, make 11 Sc in each row.

Trimming of the bottom:

Turn your work at 45 degrees and make first Sc into the same st where we already made the last Sc in the
40th row.Go on working 38 Sc till the corner.
On the corner make 2 Sc in one st (an increase).
In the short side row make 10 Sc.
On the corner again make 2 Sc in one st (an increase).
Go on working 37 Sc one in each st till the next corner.
And on the corner again make 2 Sc in one st (an increase).

Base of the bag

Insert the hook into the 2nd st and make 1 Sc, then insert the hook on the right of the hook pick the working
thread pull it and make a Sc. This repeat * 1Sc, 1 long diagonal Sc * we repeat in the round. Starting from
the second round we go on working in spiral. In total we thus make 20 rows.

Upper row trimming

Take markers and mark the places where we will make the handle. We have to leave 10 reports of the
pattern on each side (20 st). But in the middle, leave 16 rapports (32 st).

And so we crochet the section where the handle will be (on the sides) in main pattern, but in the middle we
trim the upper row with slip stitches into the back half-loop.

Go on working in the round till the place where we have started.

Handle for the bag

We work the handle in the same pattern in spiral.

For the handle without the knot, you need 37 rows (33 cm).

For the handle with the knot, you need 50 rows (50cm) on one side, 13 rows (13 cm) on the other side.

Tie the knot before you sew the handle.

Flap for the bag.

Skip 3 st from the beginning or the row, take a new working thread and make a chain. Go on working main
pattern with long diagonal st till the end of row.

1 row: 14 repeats or the pattern with diagonal st.

2 row: make a CH (chain), turn the work, go on working till the end of the row.

3-12 rows: work in main pattern like in the base, but back and forth. This way we get braid pattern.

13 row: make a Ch, insert the hook into the 4th st and make NOT 14 repeats of the pattern but 12! Finish
with the joining sl st.

14 row: make slip stitches till the end of row.

Sew in the zipper:

In the video lesson I show two options how to insert the zipper, you can choose one.
