Job Summary:
Hilton Garden Inn is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Guest Service Associate
(GSA) to join our front office team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a
seamless guest experience by handling check-ins, check-outs, guest inquiries, and providing
exceptional service at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Provide prompt and courteous service to guests, addressing their inquiries and
requests.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Handle reservations and room assignments efficiently.
• Process billing and payments accurately.
• Ensure the front desk and lobby area are well-maintained and welcoming.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments for smooth
operations.
• Adhere to Hilton service standards and brand guidelines.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Assist with administrative tasks as required by the management.
Requirements:
• Prior experience in front office or customer service roles preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and a guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and hotel management systems is an
advantage.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
