In writing the time of hour in words, it should be (number) o’clock


In writing the time of hour in number, it should be (number) :00
When telling time, you should look at the hour hand first. The hour
hand is the shorter hand and indicates the hour. The minute hand (the
longer hand)
When the hour hand points to a number on the clock, and the minute
hand (or the long hand) points to 12, it can be read as o’clock and
written as :00.
