Dear all,

Please accept this letter as formal notification that I am resigning from my position as Secretary
of Finance at wijreg Charity Association for Development Juba Office , effective 12/05/2025.
I have greatly valued my time with the association and the opportunity to contribute to our
financial management. However, due to my failure to deliver and accomplish my duties as per
the constitution of the charity;
I am no longer able to continue in this role.
I am committed to ensuring a smooth transition during my departure. I am available to assist
with handing over of documents and any assets to my replacer and also complete any
outstanding tasks.
Thank you for your understanding and support during my time at the rule and I wish the
association continued success in its important work.
