Crochet Turtle

Pattern
This is a great pattern for a baby sea turtle. This
little guy can be made in any color or with any
type of yarn that you want, and he is perfect for
turtle lovers.
Materials Needed:
3 colors of yarn (I used Baby Bee
Adore-A-Ball from Hobby Lobby)
4.5 mm crochet hook (Size 7 – 4.5
mm hook recommended, but
adjust as desired)
2 – 2 mm safety eyes
stuffing material
stitch marker (optional)
Needle and Dark Thread for mouth RD 7 – 9: ch 1, sc in each st around, join with sl
Abbreviations: st to the first ch. (36sc)
RD 10: ch 1, *dec, then 4 sc in each of the next
ch – chain
sc spaces* repeat from * to *, join with sl st to
sl st – slip stitch
the first ch. (30st)
sc – single crochet
RD 11: ch 1, *dec, then 3 sc in each of the next
FLO – front loops only
sc spaces* repeat from * to *, join with sl st to
BLO – back loops only
the first ch. (24st)
dc – double crochet
