Tips:
At the beginning of the round, use a colored thread as
a marker to mark the first stitch of each new round
and follow the symmetry of pieces. When crocheting
some pieces of the toy (in the pattern it is written), it
is necessary to follow the symmetry so that the
marker does not go to the right. Therefore, as soon as
you notice the marker goes to the right, you need to
crochet an extra stitch. The extra (shift) stitch is
always the first stitch of the round (crochet like sc),
but then the second stitch that follows it is already
considered the first stitch. This way we align the
crocheting. Note that the extra stitch is not included in the total number of stitches for the
pattern.
Note! Work in a spiral, crochet in light green color.

The wrong side will be located inside the ear.
Fasten off, cut the yarn, leaving a long end for
sewing poieces.
Crochet the second ear in the same way.
Decoration:
Mark the center of the head with a contrasting thread. This will help us embroider the eyes,
ears and nostrils symmetrically.
Mark the location of the eyes and nostrils with sewing pins.
Center of eye between rounds 6 and 7, between pins 8 sc. Nostrils between rounds 2 and 3,
between nostrils 4 sc.
Embroider the nostrils: insert the thread a little away from the nostrils, make 3-4 horizontal
stitches, 2 sc wide. Then embroider the second nostril. Exit the needle through the stating
point, tie a knot, hide the ends inside the head. You can make an additional two stitches of
dark green yarn.
Embroider the eyes: take a black cotton thread, insert it a little away from the eye and exit
it through one round above the marked point. Make 12 vertical stitches, 2 rounds wide,
placing the thread first in the center and then on the sides, forming a rounded eye.
Embroider lashes.
Similarly, embroider the second eye.
Exit the thread through the first entry point, tie the ends into a knot, hide inside the head.
Fix and sew the ears with pins in round 13-14, between the ears 12 sc.
Place the toy with the front facing you. Fix the head to the neck with pins. Sew on the head,
grabbing the front loops of the neck and stitches of round 10 on the head. Turn the toy with
the back towards you and continue to sew on the head, grabbing the front loops of the
neck and stitches of round 11 on the head.
If you find it difficult to sew pieces with the main chenille thread, you can use cotton
thread to match the yarn.
Embroider three claws with dark green yarn on each leg. Two stitches for each claw, in
rounds 3-4.
Wings: make 2, with dark green yarn.
Note! Work in rows, make 1 turning chain at the end of each row and turn. This chain
does not counted in the total number of stitches in row.
