Pattern Notes
Hi, there! Thank you for choosing me. I hope you’ll
enjoy your time while crocheting the toy.
- The pattern is mainly worked using the
amigurumi method. Work in continuous rounds.
Do not join or turn unless otherwise stated.
- It may help to place a stitch marker in the
first stitch of each round, moving it up as you
work.
- This pattern is strictly for personal, non -
commercial use. Copy, distribution or
commercial use of this pattern or any of its parts
is not allowed
- You may sell the finished item.

Materials:
- A skein of YarnArt Dolce/Himalaya dolphin baby
(100g/131 yards)
(any other shade of gray / brown), a small amount of
white yarn for the muzzle and brown for the legs
(I use the HiMALAYA Dolphin baby Yarn for making the stuffed
toys. You can find this yarn on Etsy. Plush or velvet yarn of any
other brand will also be perfect, but then choose an appropriate
size of a crochet hook. Size of the toy will depend on the
thickness of the yarn)
- black nose (I have 14-18 mm)
- size E/3.5 or G/4 mm crochet hook
- toy filler
- safety eyes size from 12 to 16 mm (I use 16 mm)
- plastic joints size 25 mm if you want the toy to be
able to sit
- strong thread for sewing on the head, tail and
tightening
- white YarnArt jeans 25 cm long for eyes decoration
- scissors, Tapestry needle

Abbreviations:
(US crochet terms)
MR - magic ring
ch - chain
sl st - slip stitch
st - stitch
sc - single crochet
hdc - half double crochet
dc - double crochet
inc - single crochet increase
dec - single crochet decrease
FLO - front loop only
BLO - back loop only
* N - repeat N times (N - number)
If you can't make a magic ring, I would recommend you to make
ch2 and work into the 2nd stitch from hook

Work in continuous rounds. Do not join with sl.st or

turn unless otherwise stated
Floating loops:
Floating loops mean that you need to crochet some
additional stitches to be in the middle of the arm/leg. It’s
needed to make both details look similar. And fold in half
means that you need to fold the upper edge of the detail
(arm or leg) in half and then crochet along that edge
grabbing stitches of both halves at once. So you like close
the detail and make it easier to crochet into the body.
