➢ TERMS AND CONDITION:-

• PAYMENT:-
70% advance in shape of cheque / Pay Order / Cash for the confirmation of order along with work order
and 30% before delivery of the equipment at the time of final inspection.

• TAXES:-
Above prices are our factory prices and inclusive of 17% of GST. If at the time of delivery there is any
change by the GOVT. same will be applicable.

• DELIVERY:-
Will be within 10-12 days after the confirmation of order from the date of issued work order or date.

• WARRNTY:-
Will be within 24-Monthys (02-Years) after the delivery from the date of issued.

• STAGE AND FINAL:-


Inspection will be offered at our site. AASS also offers you please let your Electrical Engineer to avail at
the time of final inspection to get satisfaction for your equipment.

• FORCE MAJEURE:-
Clause will be applicable through out the contract.

• VALIDITY:-
This offer is valid for 15-days unless otherwise specified, from the date of quotation and may be extended
by us in writing if required by the customer.
