Sub: Offer Letter for the position of Shift In charge In Production

Dear Shiv Pratap Singh,
Further to our interactions, we are pleased to offer you the opportunity to join the “SOLITECH” team as Shift in
charge in Production. We are certain that your dedication, expertise and hard work will help us in our mission
to build a fossil-free future through innovative & sustainable solutions.

Your Consolidated annual Salary will be as per our mutual discussion and agreement. The management may, at
its discretion, consider either change of heads or redistribute the total emoluments under various hands.

You Shall report to the “Manager” or any other person nominated by management at SOLITECH FACTORY, for
the performance of your duties. However, your services are liable to be transferred to any other Departments/
Divisions/Factories of the Company anywhere in India or abroad. You may also be assigned such other duties as
may become necessary at the discretion of the management in any branch or offices of the company and/or its
substitute or associate companies. At the initial stage you will be appointed on a probation for a period of 6
months from the date of joining.

You will be placed on a probation period of six (6) months from your date of joining. Confirmation of your
employment will be communicated in writing upon satisfactory completion of the probation period.

Please note that this offer is valid for 2 days from the date of offer letter unless extended thereafter in writing by
us. You are requested to confirm acceptance to this offer as per the timeline mentioned above. Should we not
receive a confirmation from you by the above-mentioned timeline, the offer will automatically stand withdrawn.

Kindly Sign the duplicate copy of this offer letter and return it to the undersigned, indicating your acceptance of
the same with all the conditions stated above. A formal appointment letter will be issued to you at the time of
your joining. This offer is conditional to your beings medically fit at the time of commencement of your
employment with the company.

Prior of beginning work on the first day of employment, you are requested to meet HR department to get
assistance in completing the joining formalities and also bring a copy of your qualifying examination certificate
and documents establishing your work experience.

We are towards an exciting phase of expansion and development and so we believe, that your knowledge and
skill will make a significant contribution to the success of the company.

This offer is to keep strictly confidential and not to be used for negotiation with existing/or any other employers.
You are expected to reports for duty on or before 10.06.2025 at SOLITECH FACTORY. In cash you fail to report
by that date, this offers stands withdrawn automatically.

Candidate to provide following documents while accepting the offer:

At the time of Offer:

A). Please furnish the following documents as a part of joining formalities:

1. Reliving Latter, latest salary slips and experience letter from the previous employer.
2. Five passport size photographs.
3. Copies of certificates of educational qualification (This needs to be original).
4. A Certificate showing proof of age (Birth Certificate / School leaving certificate)
5. A Copy of Aadhar card, Passport, Voter ID, Driving License etc.
6. Medical fitness certificate.
7. Copy of PANCARD.
8. Contact details (Name, contact number and E-mail ID) of at least two references from your previous
employment.
9. Bank Details.
10. Resignation acceptance copy from the current employer within 10 Days of releasing offer.

At the time of Joining:

B). Copy of Reliving Letter from Current / immediate past company.

Please Note that your offer and appointment shell remain valid subjects to positive documents (submitted by
you) verification. In cash of department verification resulting in to the negative results on account of false
and/or misleading and/or it is wilfully suppressed, our offer and/or appointment shall stand null & void with
immediate effect.
