Knitting pattern

Retro Teddy Bear

Materials:
1 skein Hobbii Mohair Delight col. 34
1 skein Hobbii Mohair Delight col. 03
knitting needles - 2,5mm do 3mm- choose knitting needles
appriopriate to your manual skills, i use 2,5mm
stitching needle
scissors
filler for toy
2 black beads 4-5mm
black yarn to embroider the nose and sew on the eyes
Height - 14-15cm

Let's start!
HEAD
Cast on 16 st.
1. Purl
2. (K2, KLL) x7, K2 (23st.)
3. Purl
4. (K3, KLL)x7, K2 (30st.)
5. -15 - Beginning and ending with a purl row, work 11 rows in
stocking stitch ( alternate purl and knit rows).
16. (K2, K2tog) x7, K2 (23st.)
17. Purl
18. (K1, K2tog) x7, K2 (16st.)
19. Purl
20. (K2tog) x8 (8st.)

Cut yarn leaving a long end.

Thread the yarn on the needle and pull it through the other stitches.
Tight firmly.

MUZZLE
Cast on 12st. col. 03 make 2 rows stocking stitch
Cut yarn leaving a long end.Thread the yarn on the needle and pull it through the other
stitches. Tight firmly.

BODY and LEGS
Cast on 16 st.
1. Purl
2. (K2, Kll) x7, K2 (23st.)
3. Purl
4. (K3, Kll) x7, K2 (30st.)
5. -17. Beginning and ending with a purl row, work 13 rows in stocking
stitch ( alternate purl and knit rows).
18. (K2, K2tog) x7, K2 (23 st.)

LEGS:
19-24. P10 work in stockinette stitch starting with a purl row
and make 6 rows.

Cut yarn leaving a long end.


Thread the yarn on the needle and pull it through the other stitches.
Tight firmly.

Join the yarn to the remaining stitches, cast off 3 stitches,


P10 , work in stockinette stitch starting with a purl row and make 6
rows.

Cut yarn leaving a long end.

ARMS

Cast on 8 st.

1-14 Work 14 rows in stocking stitch


( alternate purl and knit rows)

Cut yarn leaving a long end.


Thread the yarn on the needle and pull it through the other stitches. Tight
firmly. Sew them.

EARS
make 2
Cast on 5st.
1: Purl
2. K1, Kfb x3, K1
3: Purl
4: Knit
5: Purl
6: K1, K2tog x3,K1
7. Purl
Cut yarn leaving a long end.
Thread the yarn on the needle and pull it through the other stitches. Tight
firmly.

Sew and stuff the head. muzzle and arms.

Sew the legs, the back of the piece and the gap between legs.
Stuff the body, and the legs.

Sew the Muzzle to the head, and arms to the body.

Fold each ear in half and sew it to the teddy bear's head. Sew the eyes to
the head.

Use black thread to embroider the triangular shape of the nose.

Sew the head to the body.
