Job Purpose – Tyre Mfg - Mumbai

· To oversee the IT function for the Group

· To develop, plan, lead and implement the information technology (IT) strategy for the
company that will meet the business needs, achieve digitalization goals, support growth
strategy, deliver optimal return on investment and maintain utmost data security.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Envision and lead the digital transformation journey for the organization. Set
objectives and strategies for the IT department.

· Establish long-term & short-term IS needs and plans and develops strategies for
developing systems and acquiring software and hardware necessary to meet those needs.

· Scope out, plan and lead the ERP implementation for the organisation and manage
timely completion of ERP Implementation.

· Improve operational IT systems, processes & policies in support of organizations


mission; select and implement suitable technology to streamline all internal operations
and help optimize their strategic benefits.

· Support better management reporting and information flow to management.

· Develop implement and control the IT budget.

· Direct, organize & supervise all IT-related projects in the company.

· Oversee the technological infrastructure (networks and computer systems) in the


organization to ensure optimal performance. Ensure that IT and network infrastructure
adequately support the company’s computing, data processing, communications and data
security needs.

· Manage implementation of business guidelines and strategies; working with other


department heads to ensure that all IT applications runs smoothly and in accordance with
set guidelines.

· Collaborate with the Executive team to identify ways IT can assist the company in
achieving business and financial goals. Analyse the costs, value, and risks of information
technology to advise management and suggest actions.

· Analyze the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology


needs.

· Supervise, develop, mentor and guide IT team.

· Support procurement of cost-efficient technological equipment and software and


establish partnerships with IT service providers.

· Ensure smooth integration of all IT systems of all acquired companies.

· Monitor changes or advancements in technology to discover ways the company


can gain a competitive advantage.

· Manage all external and internal IT and data security related compliances. Be
responsible for Cyber security.

· Institutionalize IT governance for overall IT service delivery, SLA, functional response


management, service level management, operations management, outsourced partners
and vendor management, enforcing SLA, assets management, inventory control and
forecasting, deliver operation level agreement to internal stakeholders and 3rd party
suppliers
