my employee Code___________, I am authorized by MobileComm to use only licensed software,
provided by the company on company provided laptop and other communication devicesduring the
tenure of my employment.

I am not authorized to use any un-licensed or pirated software during my employment with
MobileComm. If found guilty of using any such software, shall be treated as a major misconduct and non
compliance and in the wake of it, MobileComm is liable to take strict action against me amounting to
termination of my services with severe financial penalties.

I confirm that the Laptop, Software and accessories issued to me by MobileComm for my official
purpose are having only authentic software and I will not install any pirated/crack copies of any
software on the Laptop provided to me by MobileComm. In case it is found at any point of time that my
Laptop is having Installation/copies of any such pirated software, I will be fully responsible for the legal
implications.

I have thoroughly gone through the declaration statement and understand its implications. I am signing
the declaration with full of my sense and knowledge and not under the influence of any person or object
