ANY-SIZE ROUND CONTAINER
CROCHET PATTERN
An easy-to-make container with a round base which
can be made in any diameter, height or number of
colours, making it a good project for beginners or for

are the height you want. Work 1 ss into the next dc.
If you don't want a folded-over lip cut the yarn,
fasten off and sew the ends in.
Folded-Over Lip
Ch 1 and turn to the WS. The lip will be worked on
the WS so turn the container inside out if that feels
more comfortable.
Dc into the ss then work the next round of the base,
e.g. if you worked 18 rounds for your base work
round 19 now.
Dc around every round until the lip is the height you
want. Work 1 ss into the next dc. Cut the yarn,
fasten off and sew the ends in. Turn the basket RS
out and fold the lip over.
