ACKNOWLEGEMENT

I sincerely acknowledge the opportunity provided by


Narsingarh High School to observe and learn from the
school environment as part of my academic training. The
observation, conducted from 17 january to 29 january was
an enriching experience that allowed me to gain valuable
insights into the teaching methodologies, student
interactions, and overall school functioning.
I extend my gratitude to the principal, teachers, staff, and
students of Narsingarh High School for their cooperation
and support throughout the observation period. Their warm
welcome and willingness to share their experiences
greatly contributed to my learning process.
I also express my appreciation to Bhavans Training College
for Teachers Education for facilitating this observation and
providing me with this valuable learning opportunity.
INTRODUCTION

As a part of my academic training at Bhavans Training


College for Teachers Education, I had the opportunity to
conduct a school observation at Narsingarh High School
from 17 january to 29 january. This observation aimed to
provide me with firsthand experience of the school
environment, teaching methodologies, student
engagement, and overall academic and administrative
functioning.
Throughout this period, I closely observed classroom
interactions, lesson delivery techniques, student
participation, and the role of teachers in shaping the
learning process. This experience has been instrumental in
enhancing my understanding of the practical aspects of
education and has deepened my appreciation for the efforts
of educators in fostering a positive learning atmosphere.
CONCLUSION

The school observation at Narsingarh High School provided me


with valuable practical experience in understanding the
academic and extracurricular management of a school. Through
my involvement in timetable preparation and sports activity
supervision, I gained insights into the importance of structured
planning, coordination, and time management in maintaining
an efficient school system.
Despite facing various managerial challenges, such as
scheduling conflicts, resource limitations, and student
engagement issues, these experiences helped me develop
problem-solving skills, adaptability, and teamwork. I also
learned the significance of balancing academics with
extracurricular activities to ensure the holistic development of
students.
Overall, this observation strengthened my understanding of
school administration and the critical role of educators in
managing both academic and non-academic responsibilities
effectively. The lessons learned during this experience will be
valuable in my future endeavors in the field of education.
