AFFIDAVIT OF ATTESTING WITNESS

I, MR. KEV AL H. SANGOI, Age- 33 years, Rlat- Al602 Shree


Krishna Complex, Opposite National Park, Borivali East, Mumbai
- 400066., do hereby swear in the name of God and say as follows:

1. That I knew and was well acquainted with the deceased


Vandana Hirendra Shah above named.

2. That on 17/02/2016, I was present together and with Mr.


Ajit Bachubhai Dodia (other attesting witness) at the house of
Vandana Hiredra Shah (deceased) and we did then there see the
deceased set and subscribe her name at foot of the testamentary
paper in the Gujrati language and character, which is referred to in
the petition herein and marked Exhibit A and declare and publish
the same as her last Will and testament.

3. That thereupon I, this deponent and the said Mr. Ajit


Bachubhai Dodia (other Witness) did at the request of the said
deceased and in her presence and in the presence of each other all
being present at the time set and subscribe our respective names (/~!;\'

4. That the name and signature of Vandana Hirendra Shah


subscribed at the foot of the testamentary paper as of the party
executing the same is in the proper handwriting of the said
deceased and the name, signature at foot of the said testamentary
paper as of the parties attesting execution of the same are in the
proper respective handwritings of the said Shri Ajit Bachubhai
Dodia and of me this deponent respectively.

5. That at the time the said deceased so subscribed her name


and signature and her hand Thumb impression and she was of
sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding and to the
best of my beliefmade and published the name of her free will and
pleasure.

6. That the deceased set and subscribe her signature at foot, on


left side and above of the testamentary paper in the Gujrati

language and character in my presence. The aforesaid will dated


17/02/2016 was read over and explained to the deceased before its
·. , execution and the deceased understood at such time the contents
thereof and I, this deponent, along with the said Shri Ajit Dodia
were present at the time when the contents of the will were read
over and explained to her.

7. That the Doctor K. D. Galia set and subscribe his name and
signature on the testamentary paper in the English language and
character in my presence after examining the deceased and after
his statement that deceased appears to be in of sound mind and
sound mental health at the time of making the above will.
