1 All activities of NSPBD of S/Y Service Tfr are Pending
2 Fibre optic sensor commissioning is pending. 765kV 110 MVAR
3 In both 765kV/400kV bus reactor DGA and FOS(Fibre optic sensor) to SCADA configuration is pending. Bus Reactor
4 All CT and CVT junctions box misc material missing
& inspection pending as per drawing. ICT- 400kV/220kV
bank 3 & 4
5 AVR work & commissioning is pending.
6 Air pressurizing system with hot blower of IPBD are not commissioned. Generator & GT
7 Commissioning of Data Concentrator system in GRP & switchgears etc.
8 N2 consumption in SCW (stator cooling Water) is very high , it seems to be leakage in N2 system.
9 Canopy need to be installed on buchholz relay and PRV at top of GT.
10 Neutral Grounding Earth strip from neutral to Earth is not as per drawing.
11 Data Concentrator system (Switgear SCADA) in GRP, Main Plant Swtchgear, FGD, BOP Switchgears, CHP Main Plant Switchgear
Switchgeras, ESP Etc.
12 Burnt ESP hopper heater replacement work to be completed. ESP
15 Some of SF6 density monitor glass are in broken condition and some CRP panel doors are in damage 220 kV GIS/AIS
condition.
16 Under voltage relay of 400kV ACDB/ DCDB feeder panel are faulty, inspection not done till date, please 400 kV GIS/AIS
rectify it as soon as possible.
17 Earth fault occurred in T-Section of Bay No. 401 & 402 on dated:11.11.2024 and so ICT-4 is out of
service since then.
18 Blinking of SCADA monitor inside 765kV GIS control room since long time 765 kV GIS/AIS
19 Jumper tightness at IPS tube and equipments balance for ICT 1 & 2.
20 04 no CT status not clear. (During testing showed overall assessment fail).
21 Isolators of bus reactor bay-706 not closing/Opening simultaniously of all three phases.
22 DCDB second source changeover/ functional check /protection checking pending.Some wiring pending.
23 ACDB second source changeover/ functional check /protection checking pending.
24 Outdoor AIS equipment (ICT-1 and 2 ) erection/ testing as per FQP is balance.
25 Wave trap alignment for Y-phase of Line-2 is not proper as issue raised during inspection. Needs
rectification.
26 IR test for BPI in AIS area is pending.
27 220V DC charger not working in Boost mode, when charger put in Auto mode. Checked on 26/05/2023
when after shut down charger was drawing heavy current and it was in Float mode.
28 Positive ground alarm coming.
29 Smoke detector function not checked.
30 In Bay 7R1B (CRP room) control switching device CSD not working.
31 In Bay 7R11A(CRP room) BCU standby non-operational.
32 In Bay 7R12A(CRP room) BCU main non-operational.
33 Abnormal sound in Compartment G-12 Bay-701, B-Phase Bus Disconnector & B-phase, Bay-710 (U#2)
of 765kv GIS.
34 Battery charger, DCDB(48V,220V) not connected with SCADA, 0.4KV Auxiliary supply system not 765kV/400kV/220 kV GIS/AIS
connected with SCADA.
35 Telemetering work is incomplete. Networking done but data reporting at SLDC is balance.
36 Neutral grounding inspection balance 3.23 and neutral support is pending in Earth plate. 765kV, 3X110 MVAR
37 Torque tightness balance for all the transformer body and missing bolts need to be placed. Bus Reactor
38 Silica Gel found in deteriorate condition need to be replaced.
39 In common Marshalling Box (CMB) cable laying termination, earthing and other accessories inspection is
pending as per dwg.
40 Oil leakage from different points of 400kV Bus Reactor.
41 DGA panels in off condition since long time.
42 Touch up paint required.
43 Silica gel need to be replaced.
44 NCT support structure earthing is not proper as per drawing.
45 AIS Structures inspection is pending. ICT- 400kV/220kV
46 Neutral grounding earth strip from neutral to Earth is not proper as per drawing in all ICTs, GTs, Bus Banks 3 & 4
Reactor, Line Reactors, Zig-Zag Transformers etc.
47 ICT 4 standby AC supply fail (Due to defective 125 A MCCB)
49 Water fire extinguisher system is need to checked by quartz bulb sensor device of GTs.
50 Buchholz Relay of GT-1 is to be replaced.
51 Enclosures of IPBD R-phase is provided with mismatching of bolts i.e.- M-12 in place of M-16.
52 Gate of panel of air pressurization cubical (IPBD) is damaged and it is tightened by a piece of wire.
53 Gauges for vacuum seal oil pressure DE & NDE side and stator cooling water inlet & outlet side are to be
provided .
54 Leakage of oil between generator and LP turbine. Also Oil leakage in Generator at non driving end
( Exciter side). GENERATOR/ GT
55 Rectifier no. 2 & 3 of AVR of unit#1 not working.
56 H2 pressure in Transmitter of Unit 1 at zero metre level are fluctuatating
57 Generator bearing vibration value(11R-TSI vibration) being displayed in CCR is fluctuating.
58 Frequent Nitrogen pressure drop in stator water cooling system in Genrator of U#1.
59 Lube oil leakage from pedestal bearing NDE side.
60 Oil leakage observed in UT 1A and 1B at many places. UT 1A & 1B
61 Bus Transfer (through FBT) between UT -1B & ST -1 is not working.
62 TD BFP AOP & MOP & other 75 KW Module Modification Main Plant Switchgear
63 TIE Station Switchgear 11KV unit 1 to unit 2 charging. Boiler
64 Motor of ACW pump of unit 1 was damaged due to vibration. BOP
