My ideal office in the future would be a spacious and modern workspace with a
large window offering see view of the city. There is a office desk in the center of
the room and a office chair should be comfortable . My computer and keyboard are
on the desk, I use them to check email everyday. On the wall, there is a clock and
some pictures. There is an air conditioner on the wall because in the summer the
weather so hot. My office needs a photocopier to make copies of documents. In
addition , I need a big cupboard because I can keep the shredder, the paper and
many pens. I would like a big sofa for relaxation and creativity. Then I would like a

post company after graduation. I will be in charge of the Supply Chain Specialist. The

group, it is focusing on domestic and international shipping express delivery, e-

- Dress code : Men should wear suits and woman should wear dress or skirts.
You should dress neatly, cleanly, politely and not too revealingly

-Avoid : using talking about sensitive or political working hours, arriving at the
meeting late , bringing smelly food at work , gossiping and eavesdropping.
2. Writing
As an office manager, I am very happy to welcome new employees to our team. To
ensure that our working environment is always professional and friendly, I would like
to emphasize some basic rules of office etiquette . First of all, you should arrive at the
office on time, our standard working hours are from 8.00 am to 5.00pm with a one
hour lunch break around noon. Regarding clothing, you should dress neatly, cleanly,
politely and not too revealingly when going to the office to show seriousness at work .
Men should wear suits and woman should wear dress or skirts . Regarding
relationships with colleagues, always respect and support each other. When chatting,
you should focus on work- related or general topics. Finally, avoid using talking about
sensitive or political working hours and always respect the time and working space of
those around you. You shouldn’t arrive at the meeting late , bring smelly food at work
and avoid gossiping and eavesdrop. Hopefully these tips will help you easily integrate
into the new working environment.

1. Outline
- Problem: our computer programs to stop working correctly.
- Happened : before a major presentation
- Affect: causing the presentation to be delayed
- Deal with : took charge and tried to fix the most important programs
applications and I also asked for our IT support team for help
- Experience : working together and testing things carefully
2. Writing
Last Monday, our office had to deal with a big problem when a crucial software update
caused some of our computer programs to stop working correctly. This happened right
before an important presentation, so we had to quickly try to fix the issues. It was
really stressful for everyone because we had to work fast to get everything ready on
time. To help solve the problem, I took charge and tried to fix the most important
programs applications and I also asked for our IT support team for help. We were able
to fix everything just before the presentation, but it showed us that we need to
communicate better about updates and test things more thoroughly before they go live.
This experience taught me that working together and testing things carefully are really
important to avoid problems like this in the future.
