Summary

"Ni-ki is lagging behind in his presentation, while the others are forming notions of what he
would be, or rather, what they would like him to be."

I needed more Ni-ki being a bottom, so I had to extend the story that's been in my head for
another 2 months.

Chapter 1

Enhypen, a group that had already debuted four years ago, was filled with a group of boys
who considered themselves family. Throughout this time, and a little before, no member had
had any romantic relationship or anything similar. It would be normal or expected that they
would start developing feelings for each other.

Ni-ki, the maknae of the group, 19 years old, was having a presentation problem. All his
hyungs had already presented themselves as alphas, to the surprise of many, but not
everything was completely known by the fans due to their stereotypes, desires, or tastes. For
the youngest, being the only one without a presentation was a blessing, he didn't have to
worry yet, but he was afraid that the day of his presentation would arrive, he already had a 1-
year delay, but the others didn't worry, since Jake and Jungwon's presentation had taken a few
months, they concluded that they would eagerly await the day of the presentation.

Riki, on the other hand, was worried, he didn't know what he would be or could guess,
although his fans expected him to be an alpha and maybe being an alpha was possible at
80%, he hoped to be a beta or omega, but he knew that hoping for that wouldn't serve him
because he would know that he might be greatly disappointed. He just wanted to be a good
companion for his group members, they were all friends, but Riki couldn't deny that he had
started to develop feelings for several of them, but he had refused to let anyone know his
feelings, since the stereotypes of the majority would be Alpha and Omega, and for very
strange, Alpha and Beta. But he knew deep down that he would be an Alpha for his sad life.
He also hid his feelings because over time he drifted away from the majority, since all the
work they had kept them all busy, they could barely eat quietly, everyone had some separate
work from the group like individual projects, which was fine, but he felt they were somewhat
distant.

It was clear that Sunoo and Jungwon were close, they slept in the same room, ate together,
went shopping together, and if you looked for someone to watch K-dramas with, they were
there. Both seemed to complement each other in Ni-ki's opinion. On the other hand, Jaywon
was the most beloved, they cooked together, or when Jungwon was stressed or tired, Jay was
there to comfort him, hug him, take care of him. It was very sweet in the eyes of the maknae
to see his hyungs taking care of each other. Heejake were also playful, always seen playing
anywhere or hugging each other all the time. They were like Ni-ki's parents, according to the
fans.

Riki might confirm that they had become like their parents at some point. Sometimes the
duos changed, like Jakehoon, Jaysun, and Heewon. In some way, the youngest was left out.
He didn't blame them, he believed they had better chemistry between them than with him. He
believed the duos were completely perfect.

Besides, he believed that if he became a Beta or Omega, he would receive more criticism
than good comments, since due to his height, he didn't seem like an Omega or Beta, also due
to his attitude. There were too many stereotypes. That's why it was hidden that Jungwon and
Sunoo were Alphas, since most expected them to be Omegas or Betas, but to the
"disappointment" of their fans, they were Alphas. Although they didn't know, most claimed
that both were Omegas, which was very wrong.

He wouldn't be a good Omega or Beta, or so he thought. As he was having a streak of

personal space, he was the only one with his own room, he had stopped sleeping in other
people's beds, he didn't know how it happened, nor when he stopped asking for help from
some of his hyungs. He no longer bathed with Jay as before. Maybe growing up meant
drifting away from others, but if he was the youngest growing up... why were the others so
close? He had achieved his dream at a young age, but had to sacrifice his adolescence, having
to act professionally and maturely.

Although he had tried not to let work affect his adolescence, he couldn't. He didn't enjoy his
adolescence as it should have been, but at least he spent it with the people he loved the most
and who loved him. They were there for him before, so he wouldn't blame them for not being
there for him now. He was already 19 years old, almost an adult. He didn't need help, or so he
thought. He would be lying if he said he didn't miss sleeping with his hyungs, playing with
them, watching shows with them, going shopping with them, and not just going with them
just for work. Although Ni-ki said it didn't affect him, in the end, he had become something
that his fans wanted him to be, which was the opposite of what he wanted. But as long as he
made his fans happy and didn't cause problems for his group members, he would be fine... or
maybe not.

"Ni-ki..." The youngest heard Jungwon's voice on the other side of the door. "What's up,
hyung?" he asked, looking at the door. "Breakfast is ready," he replied and left, leaving the
youngest to get dressed.

When he arrived at the dining room, he saw Jay serving breakfast, Jake half asleep at the
table with Heeseung by his side, almost equally sleepy. He could bet that they had stayed up
playing like he used to do with them before.
Sunoo was brushing Sunghoon's hair, and Jungwon was serving juice. "Good morning,
hyungs," Ni-ki greeted them with a small smile, sitting in the chair that was a little far from
them.

Maybe he didn't want to sit next to any of them, and sit where it wasn't his "place." Sunoo
looked at him strangely as he sat far away. "Good morning, how did you sleep?" Jay asked,
ruffling his hair. He smiled, feeling Jungwon's gaze on him, and felt a bit uncomfortable. "I
slept well," he replied in a low voice, taking out his phone to check his notifications.

"Nishimura, put that phone away," Heeseung scolded. The youngest quickly put it away and
looked at the alpha.

"Weren't you sleeping?" he asked, looking at Jay with big eyes.

"I was in the past, I'm wide awake now," Hee replied, laughing.

"Heeseung, let him have his phone. He's old enough to pay attention to us and his phone," Jay
defended the youngest.

Ni-ki smiled triumphantly as he saw Hee's face filled with indignation and betrayal.

"You spoil him too much," the alpha major sighed.

"I'm not the only one who spoils him," Jay retorted, glancing at everyone discreetly.

"Well, but even though Ni-ki is very grown-up, he's still our baby maknae," Jake said, still
with his eyes closed, taking a bite of food.

"Stop talking about me as if I weren't here," Riki complained with a pout. The others laughed
at him.

"Nishi is pouting," Sunghoon teased. The youngest felt his cheeks flush a bit as the others
turned to look at him, and he glared at his hyung coldly.

Everyone continued eating amidst chatter.

"We were thinking that maybe it's time for Sunoo and me to tell the fans about our
presentation, to tell them that we're Alphas," Jungwon said, concerned. Jay hugged him.

"If that's what you want, then that's what will happen," he said, stroking Sunoo's hair with
one hand.

"Anyway, it was going to come out eventually," the fox-eyed one murmured.

The others agreed, although most were worried about the fans' reaction. Jungwon and Sunoo
were more than worried, which the maknae noticed.

"Hyungs, those who truly care about you will support you and give you their support. There
will be many disappointed fans, but it's not your fault that they have illusions. And anyway,
there will always be criticism, so don't worry," Ni-ki exclaimed, hugging the two. The others
can't help but feel proud of how mature and wise the youngest has become. The two hug the
youngest tightly.

"I wish you could go back to being shorter, I miss when you still looked like a minor," Sunoo
whispers with nostalgia, the youngest tensing up a bit at this.

"Ni-ki, wake up, we have a packed schedule today," Jungwon warns, tapping on the named
one's door. The youngest, half asleep, emits a sound of affirmation, causing the leader to
leave and leaving the younger one trying to find the strength to wake up, even though he had
slept very well. His whole body felt heavy, and somehow he was hot, as if he had a fever, but
he didn't feel a headache, congested nose, or sore throat. With laziness, he grabs the
thermometer from the nightstand and puts it in his mouth while rubbing his eyes, yawning,
and turning to see the time: 4 am. Although he loved being an idol, he hated not being able to
sleep well. The sound of the thermometer took him out of his thoughts. He took it in his
hands and looked: "99°F". He was fine... or why was he so hot? He wasn't sweating, but his
body was indeed hot.

He sighed and got into the shower with cold water, to see if he could fix how he was feeling.
He didn't want to delay anyone if something was wrong with him.

Arriving at the kitchen, he was surprised to see everyone looking so tired. He felt concerned.
Jay looked like he was about to faint from how pale he looked, Jungwon seemed like he
hadn't slept more than 3 hours, Sunoo had a red nose, probably from a cold, and Jake looked
like food was his enemy. He wished he could help them feel better, but they had such a tight
schedule that they barely had time to eat. He sat down next to Sunoo, since it was the only
empty seat, and dedicated a smile to them to cheer them up.

"Good morning," he greeted them as he started eating. The others also ate, giving him a
similar greeting.

"Hello Ni-ki-ya, you look tired. Did you sleep well?" Sunghoon asked, pointing at him. The
youngest felt the gaze of the others, he didn't want to worry them, especially since they were
tired.
"I'm not tired, hyung, I just look like it," he replied with a soft smile.

"These young people and their healthy bodies," Heeseung exclaimed, trying to lift the mood.
The youngest laughed.

He felt a head resting on his shoulder. He turned around and saw Sunoo, who had his eyes
closed. That small gesture made him a bit nervous. He could feel his heart skipping a beat.
He continued eating, pretending he didn't want to return the gesture to his hyung. Then, he
felt like a gaze was burning his body. It was Sunghoon, who was looking at him seriously.
This made him feel a bit bad. Maybe his hyung was jealous that Sunoo was there. He tried to
ignore the way he seemed to stare at them throughout the entire breakfast and just prayed not
to make him angry.

Then, they finished breakfast, and it was time to leave. The youngest felt the alpha get up,
turned around to look at him, and dedicated a smile.

"Thanks for letting me rest on your shoulder, Riki," he murmured, giving his arm a soft
squeeze, and left. The youngest cursed himself for not returning the gesture, but his fear of
Sunghoon was stronger.

Better to start walking behind the others, so he wouldn't be left behind.

Already in the van, Sunoo was with Sunghoon, Jake with Jay, Heeseung with Jungwon,
leaving him alone in a separate seat. It was just as well, so they wouldn't notice that he
seemed to have a fever.

"I just can't get this step right, no matter how hard I try," Jake complains, stressed and tired.
Jay takes him by the shoulder. "Calm down, you're not feeling well, and that's okay. Don't
strain yourself," Jungwon consoles him. While they were taking a break, Riki was doing his
best to get the dance right, despite his fatigue and heavy body.
"But we have a concert to give in an hour, I can't fail," the Australian murmurs desperately.
Then Heeseung hugs him to calm him down.

"I think Jake hyung, Jay hyung, and Sunoo hyung should rest. They're not feeling well. Our
fans will understand," Jungwon demands, taking a sip of coffee to feel more awake. But first,
he had to take care of the others, as the leader, it was his obligation.

"You should rest too, sleep for a bit more. Coffee will only make things worse," Sunghoon
says, concerned. The cat-eyed alpha is about to protest.

"He's right, Hoon. Rest, and we'll rehearse. We already know all the steps. We won't strain
ourselves," Heeseung demands. The leader sighs and leaves with the sick members.

"Alright, Ni-ki, let's do our best," the alpha major says, giving him a pat on the shoulder. The
youngest nods, and the three of them start practicing, giving it their all.

After finishing rehearsal, everyone heads to the dormitory because they only have 3 hours left
before the concert, and they need to shower. The youngest hopes everything goes well,
because his hyungs don't look good at all, and his fever doesn't seem to be going away.

When they arrive at the concert venue, there are many fans at the entrance. Luckily, there are
many guards. Heeseung takes the lead, holding Jungwon and Jake's hands, followed by Jay
and Sunghoon with Sunoo between them, and Ni-ki at the back to make sure no one gets lost.
As before, many incidents had occurred due to overzealous fans, and he didn't want it to
happen again.

As they walked among the fans, on top of the guards, the maknae felt someone pull his arm
with such force that he fell. Someone stepped on his hand, and he began to feel scared. But
the universe heard his prayers, and a guard helped him up. The guard was so strong that they
quickly caught up with the others, who hadn't even noticed they had fallen behind. The
youngest brushed off what had happened; everyone was stressed and tired. Although the
feeling in his chest didn't go away, they could finally breathe now that they were away from
the fans.
"Is everything okay, young Ni-ki?" the guard asked, taking his hand. It wasn't hurt, but it did
hurt a bit. The youngest nodded.

"Yes, thank you very much," Riki said, and the guard smiled.

Sunoo watched the scene in silence, worried about his maknae, but he would let the youngest
tell them in his own time, if he had planned to.

With the makeup artists, the youngest was ready. Only Jungwon and Jake were missing.

"Ni-ki... are you okay?" Sunoo asked, approaching him and drawing everyone's attention.

"Yes, hyung," he replied, faking a smile, although his mood was low, so as not to worry him.
The fox-eyed alpha looked at him, not believing him.

"I saw you fall behind. Is everything really okay?" he asked, taking his hand and examining it
like the guard had done. The youngest felt bad for worrying his hyung, so he pulled his hand
away, trying to hide the small bruise he had, but he did it abruptly, surprising Sunoo and the
others.

"I'm sorry, hyung. I'm fine. I just dropped my phone," he replied, feeling guilty for the
expression on the older one's face, who smiled, trying to look sweet but looked hurt by the
outburst.

"Nishimura Riki, Sunoo was just worried about you, and you behave like that," Sunghoon
scolded, raising his voice and approaching him, annoyed, making the mentioned person take
two steps back.

"Sunghoon hyung, you don't have to speak to Riki like that," Sunoo said seriously, looking at
the oldest of the three. The youngest doesn't want to cause any fights.

"S-sorry, Sunoo hyung. Hoon hyung is right. I didn't know how to react correctly, and I was
rude," Ni-ki apologized, lowering his gaze and mentally scolding himself for stuttering. The
youngest's face and words made Sunghoon's anger disappear, replaced by guilt. Sunoo gave
the ice alpha a small nudge so he would say something and not just stare at the maknae.
Nobody wants to say anything, and those who might are too tired.

"Well, now that everything is settled, it's time to go on stage," Jungwon announced. Everyone
followed him, still a bit tense from the earlier situation.

They danced, screamed, jumped, ran, and did everything on stage with more strength than
they had, just to make their fans happy. But it wasn't over yet, there was still a little left. The
youngest was happy; it made him feel better about his mood. Knowing that there were many
fans who loved and supported him made him smile for everyone.

"We want to make an announcement for all those who have been waiting for a long time,"
Jungwon started, hesitating a bit. "Sunoo and I are presenting ourselves as alphas," he
finished, while Sunoo stood by his side. The crowd fell silent for a few seconds before
erupting in cheers and screams of excitement, making both boys feel like a weight had been
lifted off their shoulders. They smiled, seeing how happy their fans were.

Ni-ki smiled, seeing that everything had gone well.

As they were in their last minutes, he couldn't help but notice how close Heeseung was to
Sunoo, and Jungwon, and how the others seemed so close to each other. Then his stomach
churned in a unpleasant way with a feeling he could identify as jealousy, but he was so
confused because he didn't know if it was because he wanted to be Sunoo or if he wanted to
be the others. Then, among the crowd, he saw a sign that read "Sunoo, the center of
Enhypen." It was so nice, but at that moment, for the maknae, it was like a bucket of cold
water poured over him. He looked at the members' attention on Sunoo and started thinking
that without him, everyone was happy. It didn't seem necessary for him to be there. He felt
like tears wanted to prick at his eyes, so he blinked several times, trying to make sure no one
noticed while he started saying goodbye to the fans.

Everything had gone so well for everyone; the only one hurt was the youngest's heart and his
greatest insecurity. The walk to the dormitory was in silence. Jungwon fell asleep, Jake had
thrown up earlier but seemed to be fine, Jay had regained some color, and Sunoo had taken
some medicine. The youngest was lost in his thoughts, and he didn't notice Jake's intense
gaze on him.
When they arrived at the dormitory, everyone went to rest in their rooms for a while. The
youngest went to take a bath for the third time, exhausted, trying to get rid of his fever and
annoyance that he didn't know why he was feeling. When he finished bathing, he changed,
but there was no change in his hot body.

He went to his most trustworthy hyung's room for the moment and entered when he saw the
door semi-open. "Hello, hyung. Are you busy?" the youngest asked the alpha major, who was
working on some projects. The other looked at him, smiling guiltily.

"No, Nishi, I have a lot of work. Sorry, go with someone else if you need help, okay?"
Heeseung said with sweetness, although guilt was more evident. The youngest nodded, but
that didn't help get rid of his annoyance.

He walked to the other room. "Hyung, can I talk to you?" he asked, seeing Sunoo asleep with
Jay reading. "I'm taking care of Sunoo. Some other time, sorry," Jay replied while adjusting a
blanket over the fox-eyed alpha. The youngest closed the door and sighed.

He arrived at the other room, looking at Jake and Jungwon, who seemed to be practicing a
song together. The maknae was about to speak when Jake interrupted him. "Ni-ki, great to see
you. Can you close the door for us? We need to improve our part of the song, please," the
Australian asked. The youngest smiled and closed the door for them, starting to feel a bit out
of place. His annoyance turned into nostalgia.

He walked to the last room with low hopes and opened the door. "Riki, remember to knock.
You know I could be naked, and you'd be opening the door," Sunghoon murmured, as if it
was nothing, sitting in his chair. The youngest couldn't believe the oldest was saying that, but
his mind started projecting images of Sunghoon naked. He felt his cheeks heat up, and he
shook his head while the alpha laughed, sitting down.

"Hyung, don't say things like that," the youngest complained. The other laughed at seeing
him.

"It was a joke. What did you need?" Sunghoon asks, putting his phone on the desk. The
youngest enters and closes the door.
"Well, I'm not sick, first of all. My body is just really hot, like I have a fever, although I
already took a cold shower and I don't feel bad. It's just that my temperature doesn't seem to
be going down," he explains, lying a bit. He notices Sunghoon giving him a once-over,
analyzing his body. The youngest just stands there.

"Come here, let me touch you," the older says, and the youngest approaches him. The alpha's
cold hand touches his hot forehead, and the maknae feels relief from the cold.

The former figure skater seems to have an idea. "Don't worry, it might be a sign of your
presentation," he says, pulling the youngest onto his lap. The kid seems a bit shy but adjusts
himself as the other indicates. "No matter how you present yourself, we'll all love you just the
same, or even more, and we'll help you, babe," he exclaims, rubbing the maknae's back. The
nickname makes the other feel a bit self-conscious, his cheeks taking on a rosy hue.

"Th-thanks, hyung," he replies, enjoying the contact as he presses his face against the older's
cold arm. The older smiles.

"I think I can help you with your fever," Sunghoon says, taking off his shirt. The youngest's
eyes inevitably go to the other's well-toned chest. "Enjoying the view?" he asks, teasing, and
Riki curses himself.

"I was just wondering if you were going to be that cold, that's all, hyung," he replies, trying to
look as serious as possible. The older laughs.

"Ni-ki, take off your shirt," he demands out of the blue. The youngest looks at him like he's a
pink elephant. "What?" he asks, shocked, and the other bursts out laughing.

"So I can help you with my cold body, don't worry, Nishimura," he explains, taking the hem
of the youngest's shirt. The mentioned looks at him with a frown but takes it off, feeling a bit
embarrassed. Then Sunghoon observes the youngest's well-toned and slender torso.

The youngest adjusts himself on the alpha's chest, feeling instant relief from the cold body.
The former figure skater wraps his arms around him.
And for a moment in the day, Ni-ki feels warmth. Due to his exhaustion, he falls asleep on his
hyung's bare chest.

He woke up in his room, confused since it wasn't the place where he had fallen asleep. He
assumed Sunghoon or someone else had carried him there. Still half asleep, he felt a strange,
mild pain in his lower abdomen. It was painful enough for him to know where it was, but also
bearable. His body was more tired today, and his body was still hot. He stretched in bed,
looking at the window. He was relaxed, and maybe today would be a good day.

"Good afternoon, hyungs" the maknae greeted, arriving at the living room where Jake,
Sunghoon, Sunoo, and Heeseung were watching TV. The four alphas looked at him, smiling
and greeting him.

"You slept a lot, Ni-ki. It's 3 pm, just so you know," Sunghoon said, happy that the youngest
had slept a lot. The mentioned opened his eyes in surprise.

"I'm sorry, hyung. I really didn't notice the time," he apologized while walking to the kitchen.

"Jay left food on a plate for you and a smoothie. He said he wanted you to eat everything that
was there," Heeseung warned while observing the other. The youngest smiled.

"Yes, sir," he replied, laughing a bit when the oldest member made a sound of indignation at
the lack of honorifics.

He started eating the delicacy that one of his favorite hyungs had left for him, picked up his
phone, and began to see what Engene had posted on social media. Then, he felt his mood
drop immediately when he realized that all his social media was flooded with posts of Sunoo
with everyone except him.

He shouldn't feel bad about it. He loved Sunoo like the others, and he knew they loved each
other. But maybe it hurt that they didn't want him like that. He could almost swear they didn't
want him like that. But it hurt, especially today, when he was feeling so strange. It felt like a
stone in his stomach. With a sigh of anger at himself, he turned off his phone and threw it on
the table.

The four members turned around when they saw the outburst, noticing that the youngest
looked upset. They looked at each other, doubting whether to say something or simply ignore
it to avoid causing him more discomfort. Then, in their silent agreement of looks, Sunghoon
stood up and approached the maknae.

"What's wrong, Riki?" he asked, trying to make his voice soft. The mentioned looked at him
for a moment, shook his head, and left towards his room, leaving the four surprised but
relieved. Although the youngest looked at Sunghoon for a few seconds, the former figure
skater could see the pain in his eyes. He was very observant and could always read Ni-ki like
an open book, which allowed him to know how to act or what to say without leading to a
discussion.

He looked at the others for help.

"We need to talk to him. Something is bothering him or hurting him. I don't want him to be
alone there, making up ideas by overthinking," Sunoo suggested. The others nodded in
agreement.

"Do you think he'll want to talk to us? I mean, because we've all distanced ourselves a bit,
and for now, it seems like he no longer has that trust in us," Jake asked, a bit nervous,
realizing the distrust the youngest seemed to have in them, regretting that they had
unconsciously distanced themselves from him.

"Well, we have to try," Heeseung said, determined.

A knock on the door of his room took Ni-ki out of his thoughts. He looked at the door
uncertainly and got up to open it, knowing it was his hyungs coming to talk to him. They
usually solved everything without having to take his problems that far. Maybe talking to them
would make him feel better about whatever was going on with his mind and body.

He looked at the four worried faces.

"Babe, we need to talk. Let's go to the living room," Sunoo ordered, giving him a sweet
smile. He knew everyone was uneasy about what he had done. They knew something was
bothering him.

They walked to the living room, sitting in a circle on the floor. He felt a bit uncomfortable, as
he didn't know how to explain it because it involved talking about his jealousy and feelings
towards them, his insecurities, and also the fact that it had been months since they had talked
about something that bothered him, and then they got busy and distanced themselves.

"What's wrong?" Jake asked, trying to get him to talk. The youngest looked at him, feeling
cornered.

"I was watching videos, and I got angry because I saw bad comments about me, criticizing
me," he replied, lying a bit. If that bothered him, but now he was more bothered by the fact
that he seemed alienated from the members he considered family. The faces of the others
softened when they heard his words. Quickly, Sunoo and Jake took his hand, one on each
side, showing affection.

"It's not your fault. Don't pay attention to unnecessary comments that people sometimes
make," Heeseung explained, giving him a soft smile.

"Do you feel better now?" Sunghoon asked. The youngest didn't know how to take that
question. Lately, he had been feeling bad and depressed, but he had learned to hide it and
pretend. So, he forced a smile.

"Yes, thanks, hyungs," he replied, and the others were convinced of it.
"Well, let's watch something on TV after this unnecessary chat," Sunghoon exclaimed with
mockery, standing up to turn on the screen.

Sunoo looked at him as if he had done something horrible, while Jake and Heeseung laughed.

The youngest turned his neck so fast that he thought he was going to break it. The words
sounded in his head a million times, distorted.

To Sunghoon, the chat had been unnecessary; that's what he thought of him. He believed that
somehow what he felt in his body affected how he perceived the words of others.

Anger and pain grew in his chest, making it hard for him to bear. He blinked, feeling the
burning of tears wanting to form in his eyes.

"If I'm unnecessary to you, why do you keep treating me like you're tolerating me?" Ni-ki
blurted out, unable to control his words and feelings, clenching his fists. The others turned to
look at him in microseconds. Sunoo looked at him with concern, Jake and Heeseung
confused. Sunghoon, on the other hand, the words made his wolf angry instantly, but he was
thinking that his comment had been unnecessary. He had expressed himself badly. He wanted
to say that the fans' comments were unnecessary, but on the other hand, he didn't like the
tone.

"I didn't mean to say that. I just meant that it's unnecessary for fans to do that to you," he
explained, trying to sound normal, but his voice betrayed him, making him sound
threatening. The youngest felt a chill run down his spine.

"Hoon is right. He just didn't express himself well," Jake said nervously, not knowing how
much the words could affect the other.

"Do you think I'm an idiot?" the maknae asked, looking at the two, Sunoo tried to grab the
youngest, but he quickly moved away, as if the fox-eyed alpha annoyed him. That action
caused more anger in Sunghoon's wolf. Heeseung was thinking about how to calm the
situation. Unfortunately, Jay and Jungwon weren't there.

"Ni-ki, language!" the alpha with bambi eyes scolded. The youngest rolled his eyes, crossing
his arms. Heeseung turned to look at Sunghoon, ignoring the other for a moment.
"I need you to control yourself, Hoon. This is a misunderstanding," he ordered. The other
growled, making the alpha major get a bit angry. "Sunghoon!" he warned, looking at him
with warning.

"Ni-ki, I need you to breathe first and calm down. I know it didn't sound good what
Sunghoon said, but he didn't mean it that way," Sunoo ordered, trying to approach the
youngest. He looked at him as if he was stalking him, and all the alarms in his mind sounded.

When the oldest was about to touch him, he pushed him, making him collide with Jake,
without harm. The four alphas were stunned by what was happening.

The youngest was too. He didn't know why he had done that. Then, he felt his hands start to
shake.

"What the hell, Ni-ki?!" Heeseung asked quickly, going to check if both boys were okay.
Sunghoon did the same. The youngest continued to feel out of place, as if he was no longer
part of the group. He had a strong urge to hide somewhere and cry.

"You didn't know you had become so rude and violent. That's why you're alone. You must be
alone. Nobody here can tolerate you like this," Sunghoon spat out cruelly, looking at him as if
he were a monster.

The youngest felt that he could no longer hold back his tears, and they began to flow down
his cheeks. He looked at Sunoo and Jake with guilt, feeling that he had hurt them. He was the
worst.

He couldn't bear how Heeseung had looked at him before, and Sunghoon looked at him with
complete hatred.

"SUNGHOOON!" Sunoo scolded, annoyed with the former figure skater for only making the
situation worse. Jake and Heeseung looked at him, reprimanding him with their gaze.
"S-sorry..." Ni-ki whispered with a broken voice. He was alone. He had nobody.

"What's going on?" Jungwon asked, with Jay behind him, arriving with bags in their hands
and analyzing the situation.

The youngest looked at them all with fear, crossing glances with the leader, who immediately
became concerned when he saw the youngest crying.
Before anyone could do anything, Riki ran to his room with his heart racing, ignoring the
calls to his name, and locked himself in, starting to suffer alone, as Sunghoon had said.
Because he had hurt Sunoo and Jake, and he couldn't forgive himself for that. He sought
refuge in his blankets again, like many times before. Maybe the blankets mocked him and
said things, but he felt safe in them. He started to let everything out, venting on his bed,
ignoring the calls at his door.

"Did we leave for a few hours, and this happens?" Jay asked, angry, since even though
Heeseung was there, they hadn't controlled the situation. The others sat down on the couch,
and Jungwon joined them.

"I think Ni-ki won't come out of his room. He left his phone in the kitchen, and he doesn't
want to open the door. What happened?" Jungwon asked, worried, looking at them, expecting
answers.

"Ni-ki was eating in the kitchen, looking at his phone, and then he threw it on the table with
force. He seemed upset. We agreed to talk to him to find out what was wrong," Heeseung
explained, trying not to forget any details, not knowing how the situation had escalated so
much.

"We talked, and he confessed that he had read bad comments from Engene about himself.
The conversation was short, and it seemed like we had helped him, but then Sunghoon..."
Jake continued, then looked at the mentioned with a frown.

"Sunghoon said some idiotic things without thinking about how Riki would feel. He said
'after this unnecessary chat.' Then Riki got angry, but Sunghoon didn't help much. He could
have apologized, but no. In the end, he told Riki some very harsh words. Afterward, he
pushed me because I wanted to get close to him, but I know he was feeling bad and was
sensitive. He felt trapped with us because we didn't support him. Although Sunghoon's words
weren't necessarily bad, after pushing me, he collided with Jake hyung, but I'm fine, and he is
too. He just thought that maybe he would hurt me. He was scared, and Sunghoon told him
some stupid things," Sunoo explained, totally angry with the former figure skater, although
the fox-eyed alpha was more angry at himself for not comforting his cub. The others looked
at the ice alpha with fulminating glances.

"Sunghoon, I thought you had learned to control your anger before," Jay scolded. The
mentioned alpha suppressed a growl.

"You have to apologize to him," Jungwon ordered. The former figure skater frowned.

"I'm not going to apologize, and I don't care if you're all angry with me. I'm not going to
apologize to a brat," he grumbled, getting up and going to his shared room, radiating anger.

Leaving the others worried.

It was approximately 3 am when the youngest woke up after a horrible nightmare. He felt like
he had been sweating excessively, and another feeling was anger, perhaps due to the fight
with Sunghoon. He didn't know exactly, but he also noticed how his body seemed to be on
fire. He let out a groan when he got out of bed, forcing himself up. His body seemed too
clumsy, and his jaw hurt a bit. He was so confused, but he didn't want to leave his room. He
felt safe there. The mere idea of leaving it filled him with terror.

He picked up some of his hyungs' clothes and arranged them on the floor in a corner. He
didn't know why he was doing it, but he arranged them perfectly, aesthetically. When he
finished, he felt proud to see his refuge. Then, he put a thick blanket as a mattress and,
finally, two stuffed animals that he slept with, but nobody knew. He observed how it turned
out and felt more at peace, but he felt dirty from sweating. Quickly, he undressed completely,
throwing his dirty clothes into the basket, far from his refuge.

Jungwon, sitting on the bed, asked, "Hyung, if Ni-ki turns out to be an Alpha, would that
change things?" The one with bambi eyes thought for a moment before responding.

"Well, Riki has everything to be a good alpha."

The leader looked at him and sighed. "You know I'm not referring to that," he said, glaring at
him. The alpha major smiled.

"I would love it if Ni-ki were an Omega or a beta. I mean, it's what nature marks, but as he
grew up, my thinking changed. Maybe I wouldn't mind if he were an alpha, but I would be
disappointed," Heeseung explained, looking at the ceiling as memories of how the youngest
had grown taller than everyone else in the blink of an eye appeared in his mind.

Jungwon nodded in understanding. "If Ni-ki turns out to be an alpha, I would still love him.
Obviously, my wolf wants an Omega, and a relationship between two alphas is complicated
in many ways, but if I had the opportunity with Ni-ki, I would make it work, even if that
means never having sex for health reasons."

Heeseung listened to Jungwon's words, wanting to have the same courage as him to be
willing to break the rules for Ni-ki. He had loved Ni-ki for years, but he never said anything
because he was older and the maknae was underage at the time.

"Anyway, we don't know if Ni-ki is interested in us in that way. First, we would have to wait
for his presentation to see if he corresponds to one of the two," the alpha major said, eagerly
awaiting the other's presentation.

"Or to one of the others. I've noticed that they also look at him with hearts in their eyes," the
leader commented out of nowhere. The other thought that Ni-ki must love one of them, and if
he reciprocates, the others have to keep their feelings to themselves to avoid hurting anyone.

Jake retreated in silence, pretending not to have heard the entire conversation. He also
awaited the youngest's presentation, and no matter what, he would fight for the maknae and
give everything, even if he didn't have an opportunity. He walked to his shared room on
tiptoes to avoid waking Sunoo.

Sunghoon, on the other hand, had been thoughtful the entire time, knowing he had done
wrong, but as a proud man, he didn't want to go apologize. He turned around in his room,
thinking about what he would do to earn the youngest's forgiveness without having to
apologize. His wolf told him to go shout at his door for misunderstanding him, but that would
cause more problems. In his thoughts, he suddenly felt the presence of a scent coming under
the door, a smell of burnt strawberries that smelled very good. His wolf shouted that there
was an unknown Alpha in his house, but maybe it was just Riki heating up strawberries in the
microwave.

The youngest was trying to make ramen, but he felt like he was on constant alert. He just
wanted to go back to bed in his refuge. As he waited, he could feel like he was being
watched, but maybe it was just anxiety. He was so on edge that if someone threw a piece of
paper, he would hear it. He hugged himself in an attempt to comfort himself. He noticed that
the ramen was almost ready.

"You're a damned alpha," harsh words came from behind him, a few meters away. He jumped
from the sudden noise, recognizing the voice of the angry alpha.

"It's none of your business, Sunghoon," he replied defensively, feeling smaller than ever. He
felt like he should say something else, but maybe he was too angry now.

"You stink up the whole house. It smells horrible," the former figure skater complained,
looking at the youngest like he was his prey, ready to pounce if he made a wrong move. Riki
continued to arrange his dinner, ignoring the other's presence.

That made the alpha major angry, so he approached the younger one, taking his arm a bit
roughly without meaning to. The maknae quickly pushed him away with force, making him
collide with the kitchen island. Sunghoon tried to control his alpha, but he couldn't do much.
His alpha was too angry that another alpha was treating him like that. But the former figure
skater wanted to make his wolf understand that the other was barely controlling himself, so
there was no need to cause more commotion.

Ni-ki noticed that he could distinguish many different smells. The strongest smell was
cinnamon, which burned his nose. He quickly covered his nose, feeling it burn from all the
smells. He just wanted to be unable to smell anything like before. He and Sunghoon looked at
each other, frozen.

Riki looked at his bedroom door as if it were a lifeboat. The alpha major followed his gaze.
His wolf quickly told him that he wanted to flee like a scared alpha, and that made him
furious. Nobody fled from him.

Ni-ki ran towards his room and fell to the floor with force when someone threw him, making
a loud noise. The youngest, face down on the floor, felt Sunghoon take his hands and pin
them to his lower back with one hand, and with the other, he held his neck, keeping him
there. He could feel how angry the former figure skater was. He growled in pain, feeling his
nose burn.
"𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗴𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗻, 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗼𝗳𝗳 𝗥𝗶𝗸𝗶 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝘄!" Heeseung growled
with his alpha voice. The maknae could feel more angry scents from the other members. The
alpha major's voice made him want to curl up into a ball right there, but he tried to ignore it.
He felt the ice alpha tense up over him.

Sunghoon growled lowly as he and the alpha with bambi eyes had a staring contest. Before
he could do anything, he felt two bodies grab him forcefully, making him try to break free
urgently. They were Jay and, surprisingly, Jungwon.

"Hey, babe, are you okay?" Heeseung asked, dropping to his knees on the floor immediately
and stroking the youngest's cheeks. Riki couldn't feel better now. He hugged the alpha major,
hiding in his chest, unable to control his tears. The alpha major quickly picked him up like a
princess, as if he were a child, and gave Sunghoon a glaring look.

"We still have a pending conversation," Heeseung scolded, then looked at the two alphas
holding him. "Take him to his room and don't let him out until his idiot alpha stops being
furious."

The others nodded, and Sunghoon could only growl as he watched the other take the
youngest away. The alpha major entered the room and left the youngest alone with Sunoo,
who woke up due to the strong scent of the alpha major. Jake was anxious; the youngest was
presenting. Better to leave the room to calm himself down and not seem too happy.

Sunghoon was left alone, still furious, but he knew he had to calm down. He took a few deep
breaths, trying to control his alpha.

Riki looked around, realizing that this wasn't his room. It smelled faintly of mint, and he
realized that it came from Sunoo. The alpha with fox-like eyes was half asleep, but he put his
head on the youngest's neck, inhaling his scent. He smiled against his skin, tickling him.

"Nishi," Heeseung called out softly in front of him, taking the youngest's hand. "Are you
hurt? Did Sunghoon do something to you?" he asked with concern, playing with his hands in
an attempt to calm him down. The youngest wanted to go back to his refuge.
"I'm not hurt, Sunghoon hyung was just really angry," he replied dejectedly as Sunoo drew
circles on his back.

"Do you know if it's because of the fight you had or something else?" the one with bambi
eyes asked. Riki's brain immediately gave him the answer. It hurt how the former figure
skater's words completely hit his insecurity. He was an alpha and was completely lost now.
He looked at the alpha major.

"He was angry because I'm an alpha," he replied quietly, feeling the burn within himself from
his words. Heeseung was a bit surprised, but it was to be expected.

"It doesn't matter that you're an alpha. We'll love you no matter what you are. Sunghoon must
have gotten his brain damaged from all the hits he took in figure skating," the alpha major
exclaimed, pulling him into his lap. The youngest hugged him as if he were going to leave
and buried his face in the alpha major's neck. The alpha major's homey scent, which he liked
a lot, calmed him down.

"You'll sleep with Sunoo tonight. His scent is very calming and will help you. Do you have
any other problems, babe?" he asked, stroking his hair.

"My nose burns," Riki replied. Sunoo and Heeseung quickly exchanged a glance.

"You have a sensitive nose, love," Sunoo explained. The maknae didn't know what they were
referring to.

"When you have a sensitive nose, many scents cause you nasal pain. It can cause dizziness or
headaches in other cases, or even make your nose bleed," the one with fox-like eyes
explained, taking his hand. The youngest squeezed it, not wanting to let go of the alpha
major.

"Nishi, babe, it's time to sleep," Heeseung demanded, giving him a kiss on the forehead. The
mentioned one sighed, but now he was so confused. Although he wanted to go with the alpha
major everywhere, he was also tired. He separated from the alpha major and went straight
into Sunoo's arms, who was waiting for him with open arms. He settled into the alpha's neck
and fell asleep immediately due to the homey scent that his hyungs emitted. Both of them
looked at him with love.

"Do you think he's an alpha, hyung?" Sunoo asked, stroking the youngest's hair. The other
one remained thoughtful for a moment.

"I don't know, but Sunghoon is usually right when identifying others. He might be an alpha.
I'll go to sleep. You rest too. We don't have anything to do, but we've already stayed up too
late. Goodnight," Heeseung bid farewell, giving Ni-ki a kiss on the hair and a pat on the head
to Sunoo. He turned off the light and closed the door.

Sunoo happily smelled the youngest's scent. His alpha was happy with the youngest's lovely
scent. He didn't think he was an alpha, but he wasn't an expert. He hugged the maknae as if
he were going to leave his arms. It had been months since the puppy no longer slept with
him, and now that he was with him, it made him feel like old times. He observed the
youngest's completely pale face, with rosy cheeks and nose, and his puffy eyes. His lips were
swollen like a duck's and pink. In his adult features, his baby features could be seen. He
smiled and kissed the youngest's cheeks.

He closed his eyes, ready to sleep, when he heard someone entering the room. He knew by
the scent that it was Jungwon, who settled in, hugging Ni-ki like a spoon. He pretended to be
asleep.

Both of the older ones hugged the youngest, who, although taller than the two, looked smaller
between them.

"Heeseung hyung... what did Ni-ki present as?" Jake asked, entering the room where the
alpha major was sitting with his hand on his eyebrows, looking frustrated.

"Why aren't you sleeping?" the other asked, raising an eyebrow. The golden retriever rolled
his eyes.
"It's probably because I sleep in the room with Sunoo, and you took Riki there," he
explained, rolling his eyes again. The alpha major opened his eyes as if he hadn't known, but
the situation had him worried.

"Sorry, you can sleep here or with Jay. I saw Jungwon sneaking into Sunoo's room with Ni-ki
a while ago," he commented, smiling slightly at the thought of Jake sleeping in the living
room like a scolded dog.

"Okay, but what did Ni-ki present as?" Jake asked, almost demanding an answer from the
other.

"Alpha, according to Sunghoon. Now go to sleep," Heeseung replied, ordering the other
alpha to leave. Jake thanked him and left, looking a bit nervous.

Leaving Heeseung alone, he submerged himself in his pain. His wolf didn't like that the other
was an alpha. He loved Ni-ki and had kept it to himself for so long, but he didn't know if he
would ever have the courage to tell him. Now, he didn't know what to do. He came from a
family with old-fashioned ideas and was raised with those ideas. He believed that alphas and
alphas were impossible and against nature, but he yearned for the youngest more than life
itself. He growled, punching his bed.

Ni-ki woke up surrounded by two distinct aromas, yawned, and then rubbed his eyes, trying
not to fall asleep again because of how comfortable he was. His wolf told him he was safe,
but he didn't know why. He then turned to both sides, noticing that Sunoo was on his left,
hugging him with all his limbs and with his face resting on his shoulder, while Jungwon was
on his right, with his face stuck to his neck and also hugging him with his arms. He was a bit
confused because it had been a long time since he had slept with any member, and both
seemed too clingy with him. He could smell the combined aromas of both, he liked them
apart from being very peaceful, but he had to get up, he wanted to go to his room to clean,
although he didn't understand why, it was like an urgency.

As he got up, he couldn't, the arms of both alphas wouldn't let him move. He tried again,
being attracted to both bodies again. He sighed as he tried to remove them from his body, but
couldn't. Then he began to think of a plan to get rid of them.

"So you're trapped," a voice murmured, taking him out of his thoughts. It was Jake in the
doorway, smiling at him with his arms crossed, leaning on the door, looking so attractive and
sexy with the sun shining on him. He smiled, rolling his eyes.

"Help me, hyung, instead of mocking me and staring at me," Ni-ki complained, raising his
arms to the other alpha. The Australian alpha chuckled and approached the younger one,
taking him by the waist and lifting him, freeing him from the other alphas' arms, carrying him
as if the newly introduced one weighed like a feather, and then putting him on the floor.

"I already helped you, now let's go have breakfast and wake up the beautiful sleepers," said
the Australian, disappearing from the bedroom. The younger one sighed and looked at both
alphas.
He threw himself forcefully over them, waking them up abruptly. "What the hell?" Sunoo
asked, sitting up in bed as if he had just trembled.

"Language!" Jungwon scolded, grumbling at being awakened so cruelly.

"It's time for breakfast," Ni-ki announced, standing on both alphas' legs. The two alphas
glared at him.

"Was it necessary to be so brutal?" Sunoo asked, pouting, looking too cute. The maknae
couldn't help but feel that it was too cute.

"I'm going to go get breakfast," said Jake, appearing in the doorway. The three of them got up
amidst laughter, heading to the kitchen. They found a Sunghoon who reeked of anger and
frustration, a Jay who seemed not to have slept at all and was in a bad mood, a Jake who was
happy but confused, and a Heeseung who seemed to be staring at his breakfast as if it were a
criminal, although his scent was one of disappointment. For some reason, the four alphas
didn't seem to be in a good mood.

"You're the one we were waiting for," Sunoo announced, almost radiating happiness, and sat
down next to Jay. Jungwon sat down next to Sunghoon because someone had to sit next to
him, and he sacrificed himself. Ni-ki sat down next to Jake and Heeseung. He was about to
start eating breakfast when he looked up from his plate at the other members, and they all
seemed to be staring at him. He felt small, trying not to shrink into his chair.

"Why are you looking at me like that?" Ni-ki asked, confused and a little scared. Jay softened
his gaze.

"Sorry, we need to talk about what happened yesterday and your presentation," the American
alpha replied, pinching his eyebrow.

"Sunghoon, yesterday you acted like a complete idiot, and you're not even a little sorry. Plus,
you looked like a complete savage being so rough and rude to Ni-ki, who is our maknae and
newly introduced, in case you had forgotten," Jay scolded, looking at the ex-skater with
anger.

"I'm not going to apologize. Ni-ki is an alpha, he can withstand rough treatment," Sunghoon
replied, crossing his arms and looking at the younger one with disdain.

"Sunghoon!" Jungwon shouted, glaring at him.

"You're so cynical and scared to mess with Ni-ki, who was defenseless," Sunoo said with
harsh and serious words. The ex-skater laughed sarcastically.

"Are you done lecturing me?" he asked mockingly.

"Yes," Heeseung replied, tired of him. The ex-skater got up, ready to leave.

"You're the one who's left alone because of your own actions," Ni-ki murmured, looking at
him with resentment. The ice alpha stopped dead in his tracks, clenched his fists, and then
left with heavy footsteps. A little later, a door slam was heard.

"You know he's being an idiot, and it's not your fault. He's just a stupid alpha," Jake said with
a smile, trying to console him.

"You're also an alpha," Jay replied, rolling his eyes.

"Of course, but I'm not a stupid alpha. I'm a chivalrous alpha," the Australian explained,
slightly offended. Riki laughed, leaning on Heeseung's shoulder, who looked at him,
observing how beautiful and tender he looked at the same time. He felt a storm of feelings in
his stomach, although most of them were love, there was also disappointment. He looked
away, a little angry with himself for still loving the younger one, even though he was an
alpha. It couldn't be, alpha with alpha wasn't normal, or so he thought.
"So, the other day when you stepped on my foot, were you being chivalrous?" Sunoo asked,
laughing. Jake snorted in mock anger.

"I can't take you guys. You're just jealous of how handsome I am," he exclaimed
melodramatically, grabbing his hair to throw it back. The younger one smiled, looking at him,
yes, he was too handsome.

Although soon the feeling changed to one of sadness. He noticed how distant Heeseung was,
Jake didn't touch him at all, Jay seemed lost, Jungwon tried not to look at him, Sunoo tried to
act normal, as if something was wrong. Then maybe it was him, and that's why they were
acting like that, or maybe it was just his mind playing a bad trick on him, or maybe it was
Sunghoon with his horrible attitude towards him. He sighed.

"And that time you put tacks on the floor of the room we shared?" Heeseung asked, raising
an eyebrow, mocking the other. The Australian alpha puffed out.

"You're just jealous, you just want to make me look bad. What would Engene say about
you?" he said dramatically, heading to the bathroom. The others laughed.

"Well, we're going to go buy some clothes that we clearly need. We'll be back before 6," Jay
announced, standing up. Jungwon and Sunoo also imitated him, walking to the door of the
shared bedroom.

"Don't have too much fun without us," Jungwon said before the three alphas disappeared
through the door. The younger one looked at the older alpha, who seemed to want to run
away to anywhere.

"I'm going to go take a nap," Heeseung announced, about to leave. The younger one looked at
him, feeling a little abandoned. He took the alpha's hand out of instinct, and the alpha tensed
up at the touch.

"Hyung, can I go with you?" he asked, looking into his eyes with puppy dog eyes. The alpha
thought he would have a heart attack from the tenderness of his maknae. He wanted to say
no, but he couldn't.
"Let's go," he replied, taking the newcomer's hand and squeezing it in a grip as if he would
escape if he loosened it. The younger one smiled, and they both walked to the older alpha's
bedroom. As soon as they entered, the alpha closed the door.

In a matter of minutes, they were both snuggled up in bed. The older alpha had his head
buried in the younger one's neck, hugging him by the waist, and the younger one was giving
him a massage, stroking his hair. The alpha couldn't help but purr at that, so he impregnated
and marked Riki with his scent. A few minutes later, they both fell deeply asleep.

Jake looked at the completely empty bedroom, furrowed his brow, and wondered where
everyone was. He entered the rooms, searching for signs of the others. Sunghoon's room was
closed, obviously.

Until he noticed that the older alpha's room was closed. He opened the door slowly, making
no noise, and saw Heeseung and Ni-ki sleeping peacefully and snuggled up. He growled low,
trying to control his jealousy. He wanted to pull the younger one out of the other's arms, but
with what right? Besides, the alpha with bambi eyes and his maknae were just friends, right?
