We are pleased to offer you the position of Sr GSA. You will be placed under a probation period of six (6) months, during
which your performance, conduct, and attendance will be closely monitored. Based on satisfactory completion, you will
be issued a confirmation letter. The management reserves the right to extend the probation or terminate employment if
performance is unsatisfactory.

Salary: 19,000/- INR (Cash in hand).
Documentation Requirements: Two Copies of valid government- issued identification (Aadhar Car and Pan card) two
Passport size photographs, Police verification report and medical report. If you have done in any training, please provide
the certificate.
Employment Policies:
Working Hours: Flexible-long working hours are required. Employees must maintain composure and professionalism
under pressure. Meal breaks such as breakfast, lunch, dinner, tea-breaks are not included in the working hours. Employ
must work minimum of 10 hours outside the meal breaks.
Salary: You shall receive payable between the 10th to 15th of the following month. Salary advance will only be applicable
after you have successfully completed your prohibition period and employment letter is issued to you. You may request
up to 50% salary advance between the 25th and 30th of each month, subject to management approval.
WORKPLACE POLICIES & CODE OF CONDUCT
   •    Personal Hygiene and grooming is mandatory as per the high standards of the property.
   •    Mobile phones are prohibited during duty hours and must be deposited at designated points.
   •    Shift handover is mandatory; failure will invite disciplinary action.
   •    Logbooks and SOP adherence are compulsory for operational continuity.
    •   Food safety and hygiene must be strictly maintained. Non-compliance, food tampering, or unsanitary behavior
        will lead to strict penalty.
    •   Logbooks: Daily department-wise logs must be maintained and are subject to audit.
    •   Stock Management: Food and beverage stock lists must be accurate and should be done every days.
    •   Staff Quarters & Maintenance: You are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the staff quarters.
        Any damage due to negligence will invite monetary penalties.
    •   Prohibition of substance use: Smoking, Gutka peaking, consumption of alcohol or other intoxicating substance
        are strictly prohibited on hotel premises
    •   Respect for Hierarchy: Employees must respect departmental heads and colleagues, upholding the organization
        hierarchy.
    •   Professional conduct: Arguments or confrontations with guests, colleagues or management are prohibited and
        may lead to disciplinary actions, including terminations.
Leave Policy: Employees are entitled to four days off per month. New Employees must complete fifteen consecutive days
of service before being eligible for leave.
TERMINATION: Resignation/Notice Period: Either party may terminate this contract with 30 days' written notice. No
leave encashment during the notice period.
Exit Protocols:
    •   Proper handover of responsibilities.
    •   Minimum fifteen (15) days of training to replacement staff.
    •   Any disruption will result in legal/financial action, including forfeiture of dues.
Immediate Termination: May occur for gross misconduct, dishonesty, theft, or legal violations, including offenses outlined
in Appendix A.
Confidentiality Agreement
9.1 Definition: Includes recipes, g est info, pricing strategi
es, operations, etc.
9.2 Obligation: No sharing, reproducing, or unauthorized use of confidential information, even after resignation.
9.3 Breach: Breach will result in termination and legal action.
10. Logbook & Inventory Control
10.1 Logbooks: Daily department-wise logs must be maintained and are subject to audit.
10.2 Stock Management: Food and beverage stock lists must be accurate. Discrepancies will attract penalties as per
     Appendix A.
