1.Use of this card is governed by the Act & Rules of Maharshtra Medical
Council in force from time to time.
2.This is Non Transferable.
3.This card must be presented on demand.
Reg No.- 2018125918 Reg Date 03/12/2018 4.Council is not responsible for any misuse/mis-representation of card.
5.Misuse of this card is liable for punishment.
