Payment Terms and Conditions :


 Advance Payment : The client shall make a 50% of total quotation value before starting the work.
 Milestone payment : The Client shall make a 30% of remaining value before starting the
plastering work.
 Final Payment : The client shall make final 20% of remaining value upon finishing the work.
Our Scope:
 Supply of all materials listed above according to client’s requirement.
 Transportation of the material to the client's site.
 Unloading of the material at the client's site.
 Providing accurate and complete specification of the products and with samples ( if needed).

Terms and Conditions:


1. Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in accordance with the payment schedule outlined in the
quotation.
2. Material Supply: The company shall supply all materials to the client’s site.
