GENERAL NOTES

    2.             Site and Setting Out                                                                                                                                               ·    Maintain access panels for all services, valves, dampers, junction boxes, etc., as per manufacturer's requirements.
         ·       Contractor to verify existing site levels, boundaries, and all reference benchmarks before commencing work.                                                     7.          Finishes and Detailing

         ·       All materials and workmanship shall comply with current relevant standards (e.g., ISO, ASTM, local building code).

         ·   No substitutions of specified materials shall be made without prior approval from the architect.
                                                                                                                                                                                      ·    All manufacturer installation guides and certificates must be available on-site.
         ·       Contractor shall ensure all finishes are properly matched and applied uniformly.
                                                                                                                                                                                      ·    As-built drawings and maintenance manuals are to be submitted at project completion.
         ·       All joints between different materials shall be neat, properly detailed, and sealed as required.                                                                9.          Temporary Works
    4.             Structural Coordination                                                                                                                                            ·    All necessary shoring, bracing, scaffolding, and temporary protection are the responsibility of the contractor.
         ·   Penetrations in structural members must be coordinated with the structural engineer's drawings.
                                                                                                                                                                                      ·    Maintain protection for existing elements, site access, and occupied spaces.
         ·   Do not drill, cut, or notch any structural member without written approval from the structural engineer.
         ·   Load-bearing elements must not be altered or removed unless shown on the approved drawings and structural details.
   5.             Fire & Safety
         ·   Fire-rated assemblies (walls, doors, ceilings, etc.) must comply with fire rating requirements specified on the drawings and in the
