I, PAUL KARIRA NDIRANGU of Post Office Box 43062 – 00100 Nairobi in the Republic
of Kenya, being the Petitioner for the said letters of administration ad litem and being the
next of kin to the late Joseph Ndirangu Mwangi who died on 11th July 2025 do hereby make
oath and state as follows:

1. THAT I am the Petitioner herein hence competent to make and swear this affidavit.

2. THAT a grant of letters of administration ad litem be granted to the Petitioner.

3. THAT the facts deposed to herein are true to the best of my knowledge,

information and belief.
