‭Students‬‭were‬‭greeted‬‭warmly‬‭&‬‭various‬‭questions‬‭were‬‭asked‬‭to‬
‭the‬‭students‬‭about‬‭the‬‭last‬‭class‬‭talk‬‭given‬‭.‬‭An‬‭introduction‬‭was‬
‭given‬‭about‬‭the‬‭activity‬‭which‬‭was‬‭to‬‭be‬‭done‬‭in‬‭the‬‭classroom.‬
‭Which‬‭was‬‭a‬‭Self‬‭compassion‬‭journal‬‭where‬‭students‬‭write‬‭down‬
‭movements‬‭of‬‭self‬‭compassion‬‭and‬‭reflect‬‭on‬‭them‬‭in‬
‭the‬‭classroom.‬

‭Students‬‭were‬‭happy‬‭in‬‭doing‬‭the‬‭activity‬‭as‬‭it‬‭was‬‭looking‬‭like‬‭a‬
‭game‬‭to‬‭them‬‭with‬‭some‬‭objective‬‭which‬‭they‬‭understood‬‭while‬
‭playing.‬‭All‬‭the‬‭students‬‭participated‬‭and‬‭were‬‭very‬‭excited‬‭about‬‭it.‬
‭Students‬‭wrote‬‭some‬‭self‬‭compassionate‬‭statements‬‭in‬‭notebooks.‬
‭Then‬‭students‬‭got‬‭up‬‭and‬‭told‬‭the‬‭class‬‭about‬‭how‬‭they‬‭felt‬‭about‬
‭the‬‭activity.‬‭Then‬‭I‬‭explained‬‭the‬‭objective‬‭and‬‭the‬‭relation‬‭which‬
‭gave‬‭them‬‭a‬‭clarity‬‭about‬‭the‬‭connection‬‭between‬‭the‬‭topic‬‭and‬‭the‬
‭activity.‬‭Activity‬‭was‬‭done‬‭successfully.‬

‭As‬‭I‬‭entered‬‭the‬‭class,‬‭Students‬‭were‬‭keen‬‭to‬‭know‬‭what‬‭we‬‭were‬
‭going‬‭to‬‭do‬‭in‬‭the‬‭class‬‭as‬‭I‬‭explained‬‭everything‬‭about‬‭the‬‭activity‬
‭and‬‭they‬‭felt‬‭excited‬‭and‬‭activity‬‭started‬‭immediately.‬‭And‬‭the‬
‭students‬‭got‬‭into‬‭deep‬‭thoughts‬‭to‬‭write‬‭some‬‭self‬‭compassionate‬
‭statements.‬‭Students‬‭told‬‭the‬‭class‬‭how‬‭they‬‭felt‬‭and‬‭everybody‬
‭was‬‭happy‬‭with‬‭the‬‭activity.‬‭At‬‭last‬‭I‬‭explained‬‭to‬‭them‬‭the‬‭motive‬
‭and‬‭objective‬‭behind‬‭the‬‭activity‬‭and‬‭they‬‭were‬‭able‬‭to‬‭comprehend‬
‭it‬‭after‬‭doing‬‭the‬‭activity.‬‭Overall‬‭the‬‭activity‬‭was‬‭done‬‭successfully.‬
‭CLASS‬‭9B→‬
‭After‬‭entering‬‭the‬‭classroom‬‭I‬‭greeted‬‭the‬‭students‬‭warmly‬‭and‬
‭Then‬‭I‬‭introduced‬‭the‬‭activity‬‭and‬‭I‬‭asked‬‭the‬‭students‬‭if‬‭they‬
‭wanted‬‭to‬‭participate;‬‭and‬‭everybody‬‭in‬‭the‬‭class‬‭was‬‭excited‬‭and‬
‭the‬‭activity‬‭started.‬‭Everyone‬‭was‬‭participating‬‭in‬‭the‬‭activity.‬‭They‬
‭were‬‭writing‬‭some‬‭self‬‭compassionate‬‭statements.‬‭I‬‭asked‬‭them‬‭to‬
‭tell‬‭me‬‭how‬‭they‬‭felt‬‭about‬‭the‬‭activity.‬‭In‬‭the‬‭end,‬‭I‬‭explained‬‭to‬
‭them‬‭the‬‭motive‬‭and‬‭objective‬‭behind‬‭the‬‭activity‬‭and‬‭they‬‭were‬
‭able‬‭to‬‭comprehend‬‭it‬‭after‬‭doing‬‭the‬‭activity.Overall‬‭the‬‭activity‬‭was‬
‭done‬‭successfully.‬
